1.) Team Member - Life Claims

Job Title: Team Member - Life Claims

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving all non-motor claims related notification by confirming the circumstance of loss and effectiveness of cover at the time of loss
  • Responsible for registering claims on the software and acknowledging claim notification within the stipulated time frame
  • Confirming the premium position as the time of loss
  • Following up with the Insured/Broker to ensure prompt documentation of the claim adjustment
  • Responsible for forwarding the substantiated documents to Inspection and Survey Unit for adjustment.
  • Following up with Inspection and Survey Unit to ensure the file is returned within the stipulated time frame
  • Conveying our settlement offer and discharge voucher/repudiation to the insured/ broker
  • Following up with the insured/broker to ensure the discharge voucher is executed and returned promptly settlement
  • Upon receipt of the executed discharge voucher, ensure payment is made within the stipulated time frame
  • Registered the payment in the settled register and send to DMS for scanning and closure.
  • Ensuring all recoverable on salvage and third party (subrogation) are remitted and imputed on the software.
  • Responsible for claims recoveries from coinsurers.
  • Notify FINCON to confirm payment and issue receipt.
  • Calculate loss ratios and send recommendation to Underwriting Unit for review of terms and conditions where necessary
  • Prepare NAICOM reports for Paid and outstanding claims quarterly.

Requirements

  • Prepare daily flight documents in full, order daily catering, request additional catering when necessary during the check-in process, and keep all kinds of records related to the flight, monitor the number of caterings over webcom, and update periodic additional catering requests in coordination with the central units.
  • Prepare incoming/outgoing co-mail forms and deliver/receive the relevant co-mail to/from the aircraft.
  • File the flight documents completely and correctly after the flight, make sure that the status of the coupons for the flight is changed to flown, and keep the statistics of the flight coupons.
  • Help passengers before the flight, and try to fulfill passenger demands within the limits of possibilities.
  • Ensure that the passengers are directed to the exit gate of the aircraft, and make or ensure that the delay announcements are made if the aircraft is delayed. Make or have an announcement made during boarding so that the late passengers come to the flight gate. If there are arriving/departing VIP/CIP/passengers requiring special service, accompany such passengers.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales personnel to drive the sales of high-end medical aesthetic devices.
  • These devices are designed for beauty and aesthetic treatments.
  • The successful candidates will play a key role in expanding our market by building relationships with aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and other relevant institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of medical aesthetic machines, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and visit potential clients, including aesthetic clinics and hospitals offering beauty treatments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Create and execute sales strategies, leveraging social media and other digital platforms to promote our products.
  • Provide product demonstrations and in-depth explanations of the machines’ benefits to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent after-sales service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and additional certifications is an added advantage.
  • 3 - 5 years experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong interest in the aesthetics and beauty industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and represent the company professionally.
  • Sales or business development experience, preferably in the medical or beauty industry.
  • Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
