1.) Financial Reporting Specialist
Job Title: Financial Reporting Specialist

Summary
- The key purpose of this role is to perform activities related to journal processing, reconciliations, process improvement, management of SAP open items and general accounting administration.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervision of monthly and annual General Accounting activities. This includes monthly and annual close-the-books activities including annual statutory audit process.
- Preparation and review of journals of finance team, ensuring that journals are accurately and timeously uploaded and processed in system.
- Preparation and review of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. Review all Balance sheet GL’s to ensure recons align to underlying schedules
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financials statements. Assist with queries from Zone and Global teams
- Administer and timeously clear all open items in SAP to ensure a healthy ageing status.
- Manage GL Chart of Accounts
- Adherence to General Ledger closure deadlines in accordance to management requirements.
- Assist the team to meet weekly and monthly R2R targets and all relevant SLA’s and KPI's.
- Present and implement corrective action and preventive action for recurring process related issues. Perform Root Cause analysis for recurring or high severity issues resulting in issue reduction. Identify automation opportunities to improve the way we operate and work closely with technology to leverage system functionalities to improve the process.
- Maintenance of role training documentation. Assisting in knowledge transfer to new employees within the role.
- Adhere to internal control protocols and provide information as required to internal and external audit.
- Share information as it relates to business requirements.
- Help the team and Team Lead in identifying process improvements, excellence and process efficiency opportunities.
- Present to the Team Lead key challenges, insights and workarounds.
- Trouble shoot issues and share improvement ideas with Team Lead.

Minimum Requirements
- Accounting background and experience
- 3 - 5 years prior related position experience required.
- Computer skills (MS Office, Financial systems. MxP).
- SAP experience.

2.) Maintenance Controller

- The key purpose of this role is to co-ordinate, coach and control the activities of the level one maintenance teams in the production environment and to provide specialist technical advice to ensure maximum equipment availability.
Responsibilities
Asset Care:
- Manage all brewing electrical maintenance activities and lead a team of 6 employees on day shift
- Diagnoses and interprets problems (fault finding) to optimize production output and with own team carrying out the plant repairs
- Responsible for the reduction of breakdowns in the brewing area by analyzing breakdowns, complying with the PM requirements and implementing Continuous Improvements
- Review and Implementation of Planned Maintenance Procedures (Daily, Weekly and Monthly Checklists)
- Ensures that service levels agreements are maintained at the required standards by carrying out all breakdown, preventative and predictive maintenance effectively
- Participate in executing the department’s asset care strategy and ensure the machine performance of the brewing department is maintained
- Coaches and develops the engineering skills of other maintenance and operational staff
- Control and oversee maintenance cost against available budget
- Ensure engineering standards applied correctly
- Draws up, coaches and develops engineering skills to other maintenance and operational staff using OPL and SOPs
- Support Brewing Process Artisans
- Coach Artisans on AWS
Problem solving and decision making:
- Responsible for fault-finding and problem solving of engineering/ operational problems in the brewing area by ensuring that the appropriate corrective action regarding any deviation from standards is taken
- Identifies the major engineering losses in brewing area and investigates using problem solving methodologies. (5 Why, Stage 1 etc.)
- Review emergency works orders and initiate investigations and corrective action
- Capability to develop and lead cross functional teams to deliver Business needs
Safety and hygiene:
- Ensure team compliance with acts and procedures
- Maintain 5 S and housekeeping standards
- Ensure reporting, investigation, documentation and action of incidents as per the relevant acts and procedures
- Promote safety awareness
- Ensure compliance with special work permit requirements by own employees and contractors
Administration:
- Manage Level 1 & 2 team goals in brewing area
- Conduct individual and team performance reviews and one on ones
- Provide performance feedback
- Lead all VPO initiatives in the department

Quality:

Profile
- Minimum Qualification: National Diploma Mechanical/Electrical/Millwright
- Trade: Fitter and Turner/Millwright/Electrical
- Maintenance Diploma would be advantageous
- 3 -5 years’ experience in Preventive, & Predictive Maintenance of concerned with production plant, involved in the day-to-day inspections, preventive & predictive maintenance and repair of machinery
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at various levels of the organization
- Previous experience with VPO or other continuous improvement tools would be advantageous
- Ability to prioritize and manage maintenance projects in a brewing environment
- Good knowledge of sustainable development reporting would be advantageous
- Good all-round knowledge of manufacturing

3.) Ethics and Compliance Officer

Key Purpose
- The key purpose of this role is to support the development and promotion of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) programs in the Zone.
- The candidate will provide assurance around compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across Company operations and functions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- With support of the E&C Manager, ensure that ethics and compliance risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated as part of the risk management processes.
- Support implementation of the annual E&C compliance program, including addressing training needs in key risk areas.
- Ensure that all regulatory permits and licenses remain current and appropriate for the company’s needs.
- Oversight and quarterly report on all E&C dashboards and platforms.
- Perform quarterly audits on compliance dashboard and roadmap as per standards of the global compliance team.

- Conduct ad-hoc investigations and make recommendations to detect, prevent and remediate breaches effectively.

- A Degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources or Finance.
- Experience in risk management will be an advantage.
