1.) Utilities Machine Specialist

Job Title: Utilities Machine Specialist

Key Purpose

  • The Key Purpose of this role is to will maintain, repair and optimize the E&F plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities

  • Apply engineering principles in assisting E&F production teams to achieve optimal plant performance. Provide line support for situational and systemic problem-solving.
  • Execute identified process optimization initiatives.
  • Execute identified process capability studies.
  • Provide design support for regional capital projects.
  • Support the execution of regional capital projects.
  • Lead small CAPIN projects in E&F plants.
  • Provide coaching to process engineering trainees.
  • Assist with the identification and closure of E&F technological gaps.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and implement improvement projects to ensure optimization of E&F plant and process.
  • Identifying and delivering initiatives to deliver step change performance improvement and process stability in order to realize true process capability.
  • All work is carried out using the VPO principles.
  • Understands, Implements and Complies to the GOP requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Must have 2-3 years experience as Utilities Technician

2.) Utilities Process Control Technician

Job Title: Utilities Process Control Technician

Key Purpose

  • The Key Purpose of this role is to perform optimisation/modification and maintenance of process control systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interacts daily with the production teams to resolve quality equipment related problems
  • Assists in the implementation of plant and process improvement projects
  • Standby duties – be available for call out when required
  • Carries out specialised maintenance work in on quality equipment - calibration and set up work, complex component replacement, etc
  • Ensures availability of specified critical spares and recommendations on maintenance regimes
  • Verification/validation of quality equipment operation
  • Uses SAP, other systems and reports as appropriate to analyse information in order to identify deviations from process capability relating to quality equipment
  • SAP maintenance schedules management compliance
  • Develop and maintain equipment performance report (ERI)

4.) Planning Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with colleagues to implement enhancements for increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of planning reports using Power Bi & other analytical tools.
  • Analyse raw data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights relevant to the planning process.
  • Work closely with our NoCC and Solutions functions to optimize and automate reporting across all planning areas.
  • Collaborate with MRP Planners, SNP Planner, RetPack Specialist, Warehousing & Logistics teams in reconciling any discrepancies observed in Materials & Empties Opening Stock, Material Usages, Production, Injection & RTI across all sites. Schedule & follow through on dispatches of materials to the various plants from local and international suppliers.
  • Identify deviations from planned deliveries and investigate root causes.
  • Generate & follow through the approval process for all Purchase Requisitions raised & oversee the timely GRN of all materials delivered to sites.
  • Assist to follow up with suppliers & T1 team in coordinating the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of returnable packaging assets.
  • Track and review Obsolete & Near Expiry Materials with the Material Planning team for decision taking.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a similar field
  • Prior experience in data analysis or related areas considered advantageous.
  • Possess a robust grasp of statistics and hands-on proficiency in statistical tools like Excel, along with expertise in data analysis languages such as SQL and Python.

5.) Packaging Operator

6.) Inventory Clerk

Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Key Purpose

  • The key purpose of this job is to ensure all governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that any and all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in SAP.  Assist with primary and secondary distribution activities as required.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Daily Documentation Control:

  • Check that all SD shipment packs are correct and complete
  • Check that all Interdepot Movement Notes are correct and complete
  • Check all PD and SD Gate Registers to physical documents and final load plan
  • All stock and shipment packs filed as per SAB requirements
  • Assist with credit queries

Route settlement corrections:

  • Process customer and driver corrections as required
  • Assign variance reasons to all driver and customer corrections
  • Check all RSC invoices have been recorded in register and sent to customers for signature
  • Track and resolve missing and unsigned invoices within the specified timeframe

Routine Administration:

  • Capture missing broken and foreign survey data
  • Print beer age concessions and attach to shipments that are received out of specification
  • Capture fuel usage Raise purchase orders
  • Ensure all invoice queries are resolved
  • Reporting on missing documents and errors found

Governance:

  • Ensure that documentation is controlled as per audit and SARBox requirements
  • Ensure that inventory management principles and policies are applied

Stock Take Procedures:

  • Carry out inventory counts as prescribed in company policies and procedures
  • Generate stock variance reports daily
  • Issuing and receiving stock
  • Assist with issuing and receiving of primary and secondary distribution shipments on SAP when required

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Tertiary diploma / Degree in Stock Control / Management would be an added advantage
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Stock Control environment

7.) Warehouse Team Leader
