1.) Process Sales Engineer
Job Title: Process Sales Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary
- The Sales Engineer is responsible for growing market share and revenue with assigned accounts.
- The Sales Engineer is also responsible for establishing and building relationships with assigned customers.
- This person promotes the sale of BL products and services to assigned accounts, utilizing field background expertise to match customer need with applicable solutions.
- The Sales Engineer optimizes sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans and communicates customer activity and sales opportunities through effective use of sales business systems/processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining sales strategy and SLB value proposition for each opportunity
- Adherence to SLB sales processes, stage gate system and driving proposal preparation
- Identify and qualifies all sales leads and opportunities.
- Plan client calls and makes regular client visits to ensure appropriate call coverage of assigned accounts.
- Work with management to develop sales goals and coordinate sales plans for the promotion of existing services and products and the introduction of new services and products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and services.
- Contribute to multi-BL activities.
- Support the marketing strategy of the Business Line.
- Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommends necessary changes and price increases.
- Attend training courses to maintain knowledge of key technologies as well as competitor practices.
- Provide support for receivables management.
Exposures & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (Chemical/Petroleum).
- Additional marketing/sales-oriented credentials are a plus
- 10 – 15 years of experience in operations & sales.
- Basic understanding pertinent Oil, Produced Water, Sea Water, Gas Treatment technologies (Onshore facilities).
- Understanding of market situation, Client, External Stakeholders management.
- Opportunity Management, Customer relationship management, Marketing & Technology.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Prior sales experience in reputable O&G organization.

2.) Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Summary
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands.
- The Maintenance Technician participates in and conducts preventive maintenance and repairs of tools and equipment according to standards, procedures and practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance on assigned equipment in alignment with the established maintenance program and the Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategy, ensuring full adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work procedures.
- Maintain strict transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems by accurately recording materials and supplies used, labor hours, and equipment maintenance performance data including equipment movements, work orders, parts consumption, and maintenance time.
- Ensure full compliance with TLM Product Line standards and operational requirements.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting initiatives and improvement plans within the Maintenance Base (MB) to enhance asset utilization and optimize Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving asset turnaround time
- Support initiatives to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians by sharing best practices and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Implement CoSD-improvement projects
- Participate in assigned failure investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Adhere to all requirements of the TLM Competency Management System.
- Ensure that all workshop documentation is accurately completed, well-organized, and properly archived to meet the highest documentation standards.
Experiences and Exposures
- HND in Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum of 3 years’ shop operations experience in maintenance of surface well test equipment or downhole electronics equipment
- Hands-on competency in failure investigation and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality.
- Adaptability in an ever-changing, dynamic environment.

3.) Reservoir Engineer
Job Title: Reservoir Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Description
- The Reservoir Engineer is responsible for assisting in delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers. Consults with operations groups as needed to support the area of expertise and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of product and service delivery and formally communicates findings.
- The Reservoir Engineer actively participates in promoting new technology and services offerings and applying lessons learned to improve job design and execution as related to the area of expertise.
- They provide real-time support to operations as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales, Product and Service Delivery process.
- Assist as required with the development of technical job designs for the Division.
- Assist with identifying areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.
- Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
- Consult with Design/Technical Engineer role as required to optimize the technical design.
- Assist in real-time incident response, recovery, and investigation as related to the area of expertise.
- Assist in evaluating technical viability and overall appraisal of tenders as related to the area of expertise.
- Remain current on new technologies.
- Maintain customer visibility through active participation in professional society activities and calls for papers.
- Understand the competition’s technical offering.
- Participate in external technical societies and communities.
- Contribute, write and review technical publications.
- Engage with local universities, Customer institutes and research organizations.
Experiences & Exposures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Reservoir Engineer
- Experience with Reservoir Simulation, Field Development Planning, Production Forecasting, Petroleum Economics and Data Analytics
- Familiarity with Petrel, ECLIPSE and INTERSECT
- Development experience with Python is an added advantage.
