1.) Assistant Irrigation Manager
Job Title: Assistant Irrigation Manager

Job Summary
- The Assistant Irrigation Manager will support the Irrigation Manager in the installation, maintenance, and management of irrigation systems across the estate.
- The role involves overseeing irrigation system operations, ensuring efficient water use, and assisting with various irrigation projects to meet agricultural production goals.
Responsibilities
- System Installation: Plan and oversee the installation of irrigation systems to ensure they are completed within the set deadlines.
- Scheduling: Assist in developing irrigation schedules based on field requirements, harvesting schedules, and environmental factors.
- System Setup: Supervise and assist with the installation of centre pivots, pump sets, pipelines, and fittings.

2.) Customer Service Analyst
Job Title: Customer Service Analyst
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Job Purpose
- Support the Customer service operation to collect and analyze customer data, track operational KPIs to improve productivity, and service delivery to customers, and provide executive reporting for insights & resolutions.
The Job
- Track and analyze key metrics – OTIF, Customer complaints, Customer satisfaction index, adherence to ETA scheduling, etc
- Collect data, analyze, consolidate, and generate weekly performance reports (month, quarter, year trends) and roll up each week’s numbers to HCOF.

3.) Checker, Internal Control
Job Title: Checker, Internal Control

Purpose of the Job
- To ensure that internal control processes are effectively monitored to minimize losses and waste.
The Job
- Ensure that the actual quantity of products stated on gate pass/manual waybill/authority to load is loaded into trucks.
