1.) Zonal Sales Manager

Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager

Job Purpose

  • To manage key accounts in the key regions with the highest NIV by ensuring proper Trade Pricing, Trade promotion & Customer debt.
  • To create and execute annual business plan with key accounts in the zone.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to RCM
  • Direct Report: Sales Supervisors/ TSM
  • Peers Zonal Managers in same & other regions

Dimensions:

  • Turnover (NNS): OP
  • Team size  3-4 Indirect- 10-15 (Showroom ass/ Merchandiser)

Principal Accountabilities

  • Achieve agreed Sales targets for EXC (SB Dept.) in the zone.
  • Achieve total TRD/MB (MD ELECTRICAL + SUPERMARKET +WS Distr) Sales Targets the zone(s).
  • Implement Joint Business Plans for key accounts (SB DEPT).
  • Ensure implementation of all showroom display and audit guidelines.
  • Implement company credit policy with zero tolerance on bad debts.
  • Monitor the implementation of promotional activities to maximise ROI.
  • Lead & drive intense customer contact & engagement within the zone(s).
  • Ensure own and team monthly journey plan for customer contact & engagement in the zone(s)
  • Ensure listing of NPD and delisting of run-out models.
  • Increase distribution penetration & expand the customer base.
  • Ensure price compliance & conduct monthly price audit for all relevant.
  • Report on competitor's activity, new product, trade promotions, people movement, dealer recruitment & termination.
  • Coaching & Accompaniment for Sales Supervisor.
  • Stock Management for zone(s).

Internal & External Relationships:

  • Most significant relationships with Dealers Networks include Trade Marketing, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Aftersales Service & Supply Chain.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Relevant Degree in any discipline Computer proficiency esp.
  • MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 5-8 years relevant working experience in FMCDs or Retail outlet Good experience for managing mega distributors and key distributor
  • Responsible for developing white spots areas and other business.
  • development initiatives as the opportunity arises.
  • Responsible for Dealers / Showroom assessment are meeting the standards. Good knowledge of inventory management, credit control Self-driven and possess very high levels of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, drive and resilience. Strong interpersonal skills so as to effectively work with internal and external customers.
  • Must be exceptional at business development with extensive customer interaction.

2.) Consumer Insight & Projects Manager

Job Purpose

  • Identify, Manage Consumer Insights and Drive Innovations towards business objectives.
  • The Business requires a manager who will drive Business growth through deep Consumer, Customer, and market understanding that inform strong strategy for the Brands as well as manage multiple new product development projects from ideation to launch.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Drive and manage Marketing research towards uncovering insights to deliver business goals.
  • Monitor data on trends on Consumer behaviour, Market and Competition and advise the business as appropriate; proactively provide a comprehensive view of the Consumer, Customer, Market and our Brands
  • Manage all aspects of research, including partnering with key stakeholders to frame problems, briefing, designing research methodologies, implementing high-quality data collection, and analysing results.
  • Translate research findings into clear and actionable insights through thoughtful data collection, in-depth analysis, sharp observations, smart story-telling, and compelling presentations.
  • Relationship management with partners (agencies) on research. Will be a point of contact/owner for a wide variety of marketing data sources.
  • Identify, manage and develop new product initiatives in line with Business goals
  • Manage and oversee multiple development projects from initial concept to launch via the in-house process.
  • Ensure effective communication across relevant stakeholders regarding requirements actions and timelines to deliver new product development initiatives
  • Coach and mentor project managers at the Business unit level

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed

  • A Degree in Social Sciences or related courses from a reputable university.
  • A Post Graduate degree in related field/s would be a plus.
  • Project management qualifications would be a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable research agency or experience of Consumer Insights and Project management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Time management skills.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, reporting & presentation skills.

3.) Production Engineer

  • To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on blow mold machines.

  • Reports any fault he cannot fix within economically rational time to the maintenance (engineering) team.
  • To ensure that all products meet quality specifications.
  • Keeps the environment of the packing plant especially your work area clean in line with GMP and 5s philosophy.
  • Troubleshoots minor problems.
  • To comply with all safety rules laid down in the Packing plant
  • Ensures the readiness of production machinery as well as packaging and raw material as per the day’s production schedule.

  • Working with the Head of Procurement to prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in any commercial based-discipline.
  • Relevant 3+ years post qualification — including some quality procurement—functional experience within a forward thinking, fast-paced and value —adding blue —chip FMCG environment.
  • Professional procurement qualification desirable (GIPS/ISM/MBA), and capable of rapidly developing full understanding of world-class procurement systems and practices, including all  of category management processes and associated tools.
  • Ability to exploit opportunities to gain best value in procurement and supplier management within
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple relationships in a multi-cultural environment with an ability to take criticism and learn from feedback.
  • Strong IT skills base, including intermediate proficiency in office applications.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Possess excellent Quantitative Analysis skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial management.
  • Experience in independently handling procurement functions for organization of similar size for at least 2 years
  • FMCG background is a plus

Qualifications

  • Possess a university degree, in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Possess two to three years’ experience within a reputable/ multinational company.
  • Be a computer expert especially in MS Word, Excel and Power point.
  • Have strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

7.) Quality Assurance Technician

Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Carry out prompt quality Control activities cutting across in-process checks, results from the laboratory and inspection of final packaging quality of finished goods.
  • Take charge of all production activity as regards quality per shift and enforces good hygiene during production.
  • Conduct final inspection on products in store and ensure that status labels are well placed on products and materials.
  • Involve in the full coverage of the entire manufacturing processes by   monitoring and controlling of the quality of intermediates and finished products.
  • Anchors the responsibility of ensuring that manufacturing batch records and Lot   packaging records are filled adequately to ensure complete documentation.
  • Generate routine QA compliance   shift reports and communicates all non-compliance observations and the corrective action taken in the reports as well.
  • Carry out the withdrawal of retain samples for storage to ensure representative retention of Products before the expiration of such products and ensuring full inventory of retained samples with GMP expectations on documentation.
  • Partake in all trouble shooting activities that may occur on production lines to ensure that the root cause is identified and solution found without compromising quality.
  • Carry out the general quality inspection of finished goods/raw materials in the warehouse and other storage rooms to ensure finished goods/raw materials are kept at specified storage conditions.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant QMS, Food Safety, OHS & EMS policies and procedures. To identify and rate aspects for the departmental (QA) activities and develop programs where necessary, to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment.
