1.) Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Industry: Ride Hailing
Job Description
The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Customer Service as well as perform the following key activities:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer enquiries about Hyride products
- Promptly and professionally escalate and resolve to customer complaints
- Schedule and coordinate internal andexternal events
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Assist business development and driver acquisition in verifying and following up with sales leads
- Tracking and collating intelligence on customer reviews via smart tracking tools
- Manage the smooth operation of the Hyride call center

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Business Development Officer will be appraised by the following parameters:
- Speed of resolution of customer complaints
- Number of customer service complaints reported
- Frequency of call center download
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Sciences / Arts and Humanities (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)
- 3-5 years working experience in similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication and analytic skills
- Ideal candidate is techy, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, and is well-experienced inCustomer Service.

2.) Administrative / Compliance Officer
Location: Lagos
Industry: Ride Hailing
Job Description
- The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Administration and Compliance as well as perform the following key activities;
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Schedule and coordinate internal andexternal events
- Create, update, and monitor companywide compliance with organisational policies
- Advise Hyride management on the company’s compliance with industry related laws and regulations through detailed reports
- Assess all Hyridefield and backend operations to determine internal and external compliance risk
- Conduct process audits, identify loopholes in the Hyride systems and develop timely interventions.
Key Performance Indicators
The Admin / Compliance officer will be appraised by the following parameters:
- Frequency of audits
- Incidence of operational system lapses exploited
- Number of customer complaints
- Number of internal stakeholder complaints.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Social Sciences / Arts and Humanities (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)
- 3 - 5 years working experience in Administration, Compliance or Operations
- Excellent oral and written communication and analytic skills
- Ideal candidate is organised, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, leads effortlessly, and is wellexperienced in Office Administration and Compliance.

3.) Finance Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Finance management as well as perform the following key activities:
- Ensure daily accounting for revenue generated and ensure same is appropriately captured in the records
- Ensure cash flow for business sustenance
- Ensure that all statutory payments are remitted timely to avoid penalties
- Ensure timely reconciliation of revenue, receivables, and payables
- Ensure proper tracking of outstanding Hyride invoices
- Create and implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency
- Laise with external audit team to ensure prompt and seamless audit process
- Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems.
- Oversee the preparation, planning, execution, and monitoring of budgets.
KPIs
The Finance officer will be appraised by the following parameters:
- Time availability of accurate financial reports
- Seamless availability cash flow
- Cost savings on budgets
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage).
- 3 - 5 years working experience in an accounting role.
- Candidate must be verse with SAGE accounting software.
- Excellent oral and written communication, analytic and financial planning/management skills.
- Ideal candidate is detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, and is well-experienced in Financial Management and Accounting.

4.) Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Lagos

Job Description
The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Human Resources Management as well as perform the following key activities:
- Coordinate all internal and external HR related activities
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records
- Coordinate the recruitment process by identifying talent, performing required due diligence and issuing employment contracts
- Assist with performance management procedures and provide timely HR reports for management
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
KPIs
The HR coordinator will be appraised by the following parameters:
- HR expenses
- Staff/Partner turnover
- Number of customer complaints
- Customer acquisition rate
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Sciences (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)

5.) Business Development Officer

Job Description
The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride Business Development as well as perform the following key activities:
- Broker, close new business deals, identify and exploit cross selling opportunities for Hyride
- Maintain existing client relationships relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clientson behalf of Hyride
- Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
- Develop business proposals for new and existing customers
- Prepare and agree strategic marketing targets and track the expenses against the budget
- Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
KPIs
The Business Development Officer will be appraised by the following parameters:
- Volume of new business
- Value of new business
- Number of customer complaints
- Customer satisfaction rating.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Social Sciences (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage)
- B.SC holder with 3-5 years working experience in a similar role
- Ideal candidate is techy, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, and is well-experienced in Business Development

6.) Operations Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Industry: Operations / Administration
Job Description
The successful candidate will be stationed in the Lagos office and oversee all aspects of Hyride operations as well as perform the following key activities:
- Create and communicate effective strategy for the continuous upgrade/development of the Hyride product
- Monitor all backend driver operations (In-App) and work closely with the Admin/Compliance coordinators to optimize performance.
- Manage the driver acquisition team and ensure seamless onboarding of drivers
- Proactively resolve all operational issues as they arise
- Promptly relay operations feedback and provide constructive recommendations to the Hyride product team and the senior management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the senior management from time to time.
KPIs
The operations coordinator will be appraised by the following parameters:
- Operational expenses
- Revenue growth
- Number of customer complaints
- Customer acquisition rate
- Driver acquisition rate.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc qualification in any field (Post Graduate Degree is an added advantage) with 4-6 years working experience in similar role
- Ideal candidate is techy, detailed, result oriented, resourceful, proactive, and is well-experienced in operations management.
- Candidate must be a team player, should possess the ability to work under pressure, grow together with the company.
