1.) Legal Manager

Job Title: Legal Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate EPCC and other commercial agreements (JV, licensing, financing, offtake, procurement, and services).
  • Provide legal advisory on deal structuring and regulatory compliance.
  • Support contract execution, governance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Lead negotiations with partners, contractors, vendors, customers, and regulators.

Key Requirements:

  • 7–10 years’ experience as a Commercial / Contracts & Procurement Lawyer, preferably on large-scale EPCC projects ($100M+).
  • Strong experience with international contracts, including importation of capital goods/materials.
  • Industry exposure: Oil & Gas (Downstream), Petrochemicals, Fertilisers, or LNG projects.

2.) Store In Charge Officer

Job Title: Store In Charge Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials (PET preforms, caps, labels, chemicals, etc.).
  • Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.

Job Title: Operations Supervisor - water Production Plant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of RO systems, filtration units, UV/ozone disinfection, bottling, and packaging lines
  • Ensure production targets are met as per schedule
  • Monitor plant parameters such as pressure, flow rate, TDS, and pH
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Oversee bottle rinsing, filling, capping, labelling, and packing processes
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards in the bottling area
  • Monitor line efficiency, wastage, and product quality
  • Lead and supervise operators, technicians, and helpers during shifts
  • Allocate tasks and ensure proper shift handover
  • Monitor workforce performance and discipline
  • Ensure compliance with WHO, SON, NAFDAC, and food safety standards
  • Coordinate sampling, testing, and quality checks
  • Take corrective action in case of quality deviations
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Report equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs
  • Assist in troubleshooting plant and bottling line issues
  • Monitor usage of chemicals, packaging materials, and consumables
  • Maintain stock levels of raw materials and spare parts
  • Report shortages and coordinate with procurement
  • Maintain daily production logs, reports, and records
  • Track downtime, efficiency, and operational issues
  • Report to Plant Manager on plant performance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Reduce waste, improve efficiency, and optimize resources

Requirements
Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
  • Technical certification in water treatment or bottling operations is an added advantage

Experience:

  • 15 – 18 years of experience in water treatment, beverage, or bottling plants
  • At least 5 – 7 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in RO systems, packaged drinking water, or beverage bottling operations is highly preferred.

Certifications:

  • Any certifications in the field or related field

Functional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Reverse Osmosis (RO), filtration, and water treatment processes
  • Good understanding of bottling line operations (filling, capping, labelling, packaging)
  • Knowledge of water chemistry and microbiological standards
  • Basic understanding of PLC/SCADA systems and automation
  • Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance coordination
  • Production planning and reporting
  • Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards (WHO, SON, NAFDAC)
  • Record keeping and documentation skills.

Selection Criteria:

  • Should possess hands-on experience in supervising RO drinking water and bottling plant operations, including treatment and packaging
  • Should have proven experience in managing teams and handling shift operations effectively
  • Should have strong working knowledge of water treatment processes, bottling systems, and quality standards (WHO, SON, NAFDAC)
  • Should have practical exposure to troubleshooting plant equipment, including pumps, RO membranes, conveyors, and filling machines
  • Should possess hands-on experience in monitoring plant parameters such as pH, TDS, pressure, and flow rates
  • Should have proven experience in maintaining operational records, reporting, and documentation
  • Should have strong working knowledge of HSE practices and safe working procedures
  • Should have practical exposure to preventive and corrective maintenance coordination
  • Should possess hands-on experience in chemical handling, dosing systems, and inventory management
  • Should have proven experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
