1.) Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive

Job brief

  • We are looking for a high-performing Snr. Enterprise Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new sales and opportunities
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Revenue & Target Achievement:

  • Drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Supervise, mentor, and coach Sales Executives to improve productivity and professionalism.

3.) Field Engineer

Job Title: Field Engineer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Installation and Configuration:

  • Attending to customer premises to install and configure ISP services, including internet connectivity, routers, modems, and other networking equipment.
  • Follow installation guidelines, technical specifications, and company procedures to ensure accurate setup and connectivity.
  • Test and verify the performance of installed services to ensure they meet the desired speed, reliability, and quality standards.
  • Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of the installed equipment and services.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, equipment malfunction, or service disruptions.
  • Respond to customer complaints or service requests in a timely manner and provide effective solutions to address their concerns.

5.) Support Engineer

Job Title: Support Engineer

Job Description

  • Provide technical support service via phone, email, and other channels as required to clients.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure proper follow up and closure of all pending tickets.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to complaints and inquiries.
  • Escalate cases to another unit and follow up on the case. Ensuring incidents are documented in a professional manner using the available Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Job Title: Service Delivery Coordinator

Reports To: Manager, Service Delivery

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Update, Monitor and Input Presales tracker sheet for all Installation, survey, Trial/POC and activation requests.
  • Daily & Monthly report on presales tracker sheet.
  • Process account activations for newly installed links for both new and existing clients
  • Liaise with all stakeholder and ensure contracts are signed, submitted & documented for all client
  • Weekly handover reporting of newly installed accounts for Cooperate account, partners, resellers and dealers to Account Management.
  • Weekly reporting of new accounts that were recently activated to account department.
  • Ensuring the sales team are regularly updated with reports on the status of their Survey / Installation
  • To handle and process service request from sales person/reseller and communicate relevant information to the sales person/reseller
  • Maintain a good filing system for all signed contracts
  • All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experience.

Competencies:
