1.) Project Administrator
Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Duties
- Oversee the financial operations of the YAS project in Ogun to ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly financial report.
- Oversee project finances and assures compliance at the Ogun Agribusiness Hub.
- Provide input into the preparation of annual project work plans and budgets.
- Manage budget and expenditure in relation to the project implementation and budget plan.
- Keep and provide necessary support documents in compliance with the budget document.
- Provide secretariat support for relevant project-related meetings including project team meetings.
- Oversee project procurement management and monitor progress at the Agribusiness hub level.
- Track and ensure timely procurement for all project sites and project procurement processes.
- Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

2.) Travel Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Travel Administrative Assistant
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Duties
- Perform administrative/secretarial function as required and prompt.
- Attend to all incoming E-mail messages in the Unit.
- Coordinate the shuttle services od daily basis to and from Lagos.
- Compile and update the weekly/daily transportation and accommodation list for Travel Services Manager’s review.
- Circulate list and liaise with FMS Pool, Abuja Station Administrative Officer for efficient pick-up arrangement.
- Arrange airport pick-ups and other protocol related services for Scientist, families, Board of Trustee member, visitors, conference/workshops participant travelling on international and local routes.
- Prepare IITA ticket service charges of weekly basis.
- Assist the Travel Officer in all matters relating to ticketing and reservations.
- Coordinate administrative activities in Ibadan and relate with IGH-Lagos Administrative Officer.
- Follow up on IGH bills and ensure payment are made promptly.

4.) School Logistics and Technology Officer
Job Title: School Logistics and Technology Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Contract: 3-year renewable contract
Duties
Specific iPad and VLE responsibilities:
- Setting up of all new iPads before issuing to staff or students
- Recording details of all iPads in school and periodically checking their status
- Managing updates of software and operating systems as necessary
- Supporting teachers in the use of iPads in classrooms (charging/rebooting etc)
- Monitoring updates on the VLE and making the Head/21st Century Learning Coordinator/PYP Coordinator aware of important changes.
- Downloading completed Unit plans and storing hard copies for necessary use during IB visits
- Updating staff and student details on the VLE as necessary
Electronic and ICT Equipment Responsibilities:
- Operating school reprographic equipment.
- Setting-up and operating school audio-visual equipment: sound system, projector etc.
- Monitoring the use of school computer equipment and liaising with ICT/FMS/Electronics regarding repairs.
Website and Social Media:
- Photography of school activities suitable for the school website and social media.

5.) Project Coordinator
Job Title: Project Coordinator

- Oversee day-to-day management and implementation of the YAS project activities in close collaboration with other staff and project partners.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the YAS project in Nigeria toward achieving the project goals, objectives, expected output, and outcomes as contained in the project agreement
- Support the development of young Agripreneurs through demonstration and training in close collaboration with all project actors, especially with the training Coordinator and the Agrihub Managers.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate Degree (Master's) in International Education, Education Management, Education Leadership, or a related field.
- At least five years of international experience as head of school or administrator of a sizeable school division.
