1.) Factory Manager
Job Title: Factory Manager
Location: Costain, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Factory Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the factory to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- This role requires coordinating and managing factory staff, monitoring production output and inventory, and driving operational improvements.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in factory or production management, and the ability to maintain smooth and compliant factory activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure all production processes meet established quality,safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage factory staff, including scheduling, task assignment, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor inventory levels, production output, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare routine reports on production activities, staff performance, and resource usage.
Qualifications
- HND qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in factory supervision, production management, or related roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Salary
N350,000 - 400,000 / Month

- Proven experience in FMCG or similar high-volume, data-driven industries
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional business partnering and communication abilities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/financial tools.
