1.) Accounting Officer / Stock Operator (Lekki)

Job Description

Monitoring stock movement
Issuing Sales invoices
Ensuring that all inputs on the invoice match with customer’s order as well as the payments made on such order.
Recording and tracking stock levels
Monitoring distribution of stock
Maintaining stock records using accounting software
Drawing up inventories
Carrying out other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by his direct supervisor.

Requirements

B.Sc in Accounting from a recognized university;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock management in a manufacturing company;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Must be residing or willing to relocate to Laki, Lagos State.

Remuneration

N100,000 - N120,000 per month.

Job Description

Load, handle and transport goods safely to the various destinations
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
Document and log work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations as per Federal, State and local authorities as well as with company policies and procedures
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
Collect and verify delivery instructions
Report defects, accidents or violations

Requirements

Minimum of an SSCE degree
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a truck driver
Valid truck driving licence
Must be able to read and write
Must be conversant with Lagosroad networks
Ability to drive up to 20MT capacity trucks
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
