1.) Digital Marketer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  • Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the organization’s website.
  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly.
  • Fix error in online content, arrange webinars and webcasts.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification

2.) Medical Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

  • Assist in the lifting, mobilizing, and transportation of patients throughout their investigations.
  • Assessing the patient for cardinal signs of life and alerting the Nurse on duty when necessary. before bringing them in for investigation.
  • Accompanying medical personnel like Doctors, Nurses, Radiographers and Physiologist for out-patient service.
  • Carry out cleaning duties in designated areas as required in accordance with infection control, health and safety guidelines.
  • Preparation of procedure rooms before the commencement of the day’s work.
  • Safe movement of medical equipment and consumables.
  • Collection/transportation of supplies to various departments.
  • Chaperoning of procedures.
  • Movement of instruments to the Central Sterile Department for sterilization.
  • Carrying out observations like Blood pressure, Pulse, Weight, Height and Oxygen saturation for patients.
  • Proper handling, changing and monitoring of Oxygen cylinder and it’s usage.
  • Carrying out every task assigned by the medical team at every point in time.

Qualification and Person Specification

  • A Diploma or OND certificate in any Medical Science/Health-related course.
  • 1-3 years work experience.
  • Ability to work quickly and calmly during emergencies.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and empathize.
  • Patient and tolerance.
  • Caring and sympathetic.
  • Physical fitness & dexterity.
  • Ability to respect patient’s confidentiality.

3.) Business Development Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for total sales results for the Centre.
  • Manage and coordinate on-ground marketing activities for the Centre including getting data from other centres to support sales activities.
  • Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed the month on month – HMOs, Private Hospitals/companies, Public Hospitals, Diagnostics Centres etc.
  • Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategies to increase patronage and position the centre as a Diagnostic Center of choice.
  • Work closely with the Center Manager and the Clinical team to support value-adding programs and initiatives
  • Explore, Develop and Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Negotiate with potential Accounts/Customers, special deals, pricing, timing, service compensation in line with BTHDC policy
  • Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure business growth
  • Provide input for the business planning exercise: market trends, competitor behaviour, potential projects and other relevant business information of the Healthcare Diagnostics Industry.
  • Develop and maintain up to date market intelligence on available/potential opportunities, competition, threats within the territory and report same promptly.
  • Maintain a healthy database of accounts and ensure optimal relationship management of key clients for the Center.
  • Timely preparation of reports weekly, monthly or otherwise required
  • Effectively managing the sales and marketing staff and sales agents in line with established Performance Management principle.

Qualification and Person Specification

  • Bachelor Degree in Medical or related Sciences, Business Management or Marketing.
  • 7 years of business development working experience in the healthcare sector.

4.) Treasury Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Treasury Accountant is responsible for matters relating to cash management, banking transactions and relationship.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring availability of funds, monitoring all bank balances and requesting funds transfers when necessary.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly and revised weekly cash forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly variance analyses of actual cash collection against forecast.
  • Liaison with banks on all cash and related matters.
  • Responsible for reviewing cheque vouchers.
  • Supervise daily Cash count.
  • Responsible for preparing weekly bank position statement.
  • Responsible for conducting regular cash audit.
  • Responsible for processing documents required for foreign transactions.
  • Responsible for processing investment of idle funds with banks.
  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining schedule of interests on invested funds.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper records of investment certificates.

Job Specifications

  • Education: BSc. Accounting or Equivalent.
  • Professional Qualification: ICAN, ACCA.
  • Experience: 3-5 years (post qualification).

5.) Medical Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

  • To oversee a wide variety of Medical PPP and Diagnostic Centre projects within Southern Nigeria
  • Ability to identify issues, provide solutions, delegate tasks and monitor progress to stay on schedule and on budget in line with agreed features ad specifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure project activities are completed in line with timelines and on budget.
  • Develop production schedule and manages to that schedule. Prepares strategic plans for projects.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all documentation regarding the Projects.
  • Develops job costs, job budget, and manpower projections.
  • Ensure all sites are compliant with all relevant HSE standards.
  • Ensure implementation of and adherence to safety processes for staff and patients.
  • Proper Management of all facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance to Quality Assurance standards.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams from kick-off through the close of the project.
  • Identify talent gaps within the project team and fill them.
  • Provide direction and motivation for the team.
  • Drive efficiency by developing and implementing a PPC way of working for the team with verifiable outcomes.
  • Meet and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
  • Onboard vendors and suppliers with the right fit.
  • Develop cost-saving methods and alternatives.

Job Specification
Education:

  • Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Management or related field.
  • PMP / PRINCE 2 / CAPM or any relevant Project Management Certification.

Professional Qualification:

  • MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role, of which 3 must be in a Senior position.
  • Ability to build out and operate to a project plan and budget.
  • Experience interacting with cross-departmental groups.
  • Ability to delegate, negotiate and make decisions through the use of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of success in conflict management, adaptability, stress tolerance and team management preferred.

6.) Business Development Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of short and mid -term channel strategy for PPC Medicals within the assigned territory. The BDE is expected to act as the CEO of the territory taking entrepreneurial initiatives in delivering superior value for customers and the organization.
  • The BDE locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners/ accounts; discovering and exploring opportunities. developing leads and opportunities to order intake and sales while ensuring optimal coverage of territory as well sustainable and profitable growth for PPC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for total sales results (of all Lines of Business) and (Customer Services) of PPC within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month.
  • Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel in the assigned territory.
  • Participate and drive the yearly performance review, target setting , sales plan preparation.
  • Ensure timely contract renewal with each Key Account within the Assigned territory.
  • Identify new business, channel opportunities and customer needs in the region to ensure growth.
  • Build, manage, and leverage relationships with partners.
  • Liaise with all PPC partners (OEMs) for technical and commercial information, pricing and trainings on all new products.
  • Ensure optimal use of the OEMs channel partner available tools.
  • Responsible for Product positioning, territory/account management and Product specialty.
  • Explore , Develop and Maintain strategic relationship with key accounts within the territory under the guidance of the General Manager.
  • Negotiate with potential Accounts/Customers, Channel Partners special deals, pricing, timing, service compensation in line with PPC policy with Guidance by the General manager
  • Maintain a healthy data base of accounts and ensure optimal relationship management of such accounts within the territory.
  • Provide input for the region and national business planning exercise: market trends, competitor behavior, potential projects and other relevant business information.
  • Develop and maintain up to date market intelligence on available/potential opportunities, competition, threats within assigned territory and report same promptly.
  • Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the Direct and Indirect sales channel based on customer needs synchronized with the PPC Medical Strategic Plan.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 years in selling Healthcare Solutions.
  • Education: Degree Preferably in Medical Sciences.
