  • The Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (CARES) Program Is a state-level intervention that seeks to mitigate the local effects of the COVID-19 worldwide pandemic, by protecting the livelihoods of existing and newly poor and vulnerable households, and supporting the recovery of local economic activity especially among MSMEs. As part of the requirements to ensure effective project delivery for the CARES RA-3 programme, there is a need to recruit qualified individuals for the State working office. This office will be domiciled in the Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency where it shall interact closely with the Bank of Industry-GEEP and the World Bank team responsible for this project.

Role

  • Liaise with stakeholders and project management office.
  • Development and deployment of standardized framework for program operations.
  • Monitoring and approval of disbursements.
  • Overview program resource allocation for data analyses and field support activities.
  • Track all team deliverables across work functions to ensure ownership and accountability.
  • Preparing programme brief, project initiation documents or equivalent amongst other documents.
  • Advise, supervision and support on implementation of tasks assigned to team members.
  • Manage continuous skills acquisition and development of junior staff across required competencies.
  • Plan, monitor and continuously improve the implementation of special projects.
  • Determining and managing risks to the programme

Qualification

  • Minimum of a B.Sc and M.Sc in relevant areas with 10 years work experience in related field

  • Analyst level position who will support all the legal drafting and compilation of agreements in-house in favour of the State prior to on-ward clearance by the Ministry of Justice.

Roles

  • The incumbent will be required to thoroughly draft agreements for investors that have been approved by the PPP office
  • Be actively involved with the PPP Department and Project Delivery Teams during the project presentation sessions
  • Liaise with the investor and the PPP office to ensure that draft agreements are submitted promptly and approved by the State’s Ministry of Justice.
  • Support the PPP office on tasks as designated by the Director General of the Agency
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Director General of the Agency

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a LLB with 3 years post NYSC work experience

  • The incumbent will be required to assess the financial viability of all projects presented to the Agency
  • Be actively involved with the PPP Department and Project Delivery Teams during the project presentation sessions
  • Submit detailed financial and investment report for each project to the PPP office.
  • Liaise with the Project Management Specialist to determine the project viability in the interest of the State.
  • Support the PPP office on tasks as designated by the Director General of the Agency
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Director General of the Agency





Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc in Accounting or Economics with 3 years post NYSC work experience.
  • Possession of an appropriate professional certificate will be an added advantage

  • Aligning digital marketing strategis with overal program goals

  • Execution of pre-disbursement data verification and analysis.
  • Assess and evaluate operations and agent performance.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned DLI Manager.
  • Drive the entire collections strategy forthe program.
  • Responsible for ensuring that existing collection channels run seamlessty and efficiently.
  • Liaising with the technology partners to ensure the technology enablers that drive the collections process are up and running

Qualification

  • Minimum of a B.Sc and M.Sc in relevant areas with 10 years work experience in related field
