Job Specification
- Ability to manage the company’s website and social media channel (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platform).
- Ability to engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Ability to creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content and optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO).
- Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Ability to analyze and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Ability to proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content and manage social media communications and prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
- Ability to use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits

- BSc Degree in Operations Management, Engineering or a related field of study
- A minimum of 5 years management work experience in a solar company.
- The applicant should have a strong analytical background.
Job Competency / Requirements:
- Ability to analyse the production processes to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes
- Ability to search for opportunities to grow our production business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
- Ability to examine sales and other reports that give insight into how our production department can make accommodations to improve performance

- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3+ years experience in sales engineering, technical support or sales support roles.
- Ability to solving complex problems and strong analytical mind and good negotiation and marketing skills, strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation.
- Prior experience in the solar sector, proficiency with PPT, Excel and basic knowledge of P and L Management is important.

- Ability to manage the operations team by creating a detailed production plan schedule, perform quality controls, monitor operations and ensure the organization’s processes meets the customers requirement and legally compliant and liase with HR to reduce absenteeism.

Job Competency Requirements
- Ability to maintain the day-to-day administration of the Office and coordinate communications between team.
- Ability to maintain schedule of pay runs based on standard company payment terms, update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner.
- Ability to monitor and drive performance of all teams and reports to the Manager
- Ability to maintain general imprest, perform weekly bank reconciliation, deliveries and supplier statement reconciliations, and support the month end process by providing standard supporting documentation.
- Ability to manage receivable ageing schedule, report on aged payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable, handle payable account inquiries from internal and external sources and submit payables reports as well as project cost recognition schedule on weekly basis.
- Ability to compile withholding tax and value added tax relating to invoices and maintain updated schedule of withholding tax, value added tax, PAYEE, and other statutory payments.
- Ability to utilize database software to organize financial account information and participate in monthly stock-count exercise.
- Ability to perform other functions as may be directed.

- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years post qualification/ certification experience in office operational matters and accounts.
