1.) Senior Business Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Title: Full-time
Level: Mid-Senior
Job Purpose
- To plan, monitor and ensure achievement of customer and revenue market share objectives set for state operations by supervising/ influencing multiple teams to deliver operational excellence in network operations, customer service, channel management and market expansion.
Key Accountabilities
Increase Revenue earning customer net additions - Prepaid & Postpaid:
- Identify and formulate state sales strategies to help Drive gross additions
- Supervise health of acquisitions, compliance on activations,
- Oversee activating connections as per the stipulated turnaround times
Increase Revenue from the State:
- Meet the Revenue targets for Prepaid and Postpaid in the State
- Focus on revenue growth through Data and Smartphone growth
- Focus on revenue growth by driving high value customers through MNP & Postpaid & Smartphone customers
Expand distribution Width and Depth:
- Identify and formulate state sales strategies to help Drive
- Distribution across showrooms and Dealer Service Agents
- Ensure expansions to align to dimensioned number of Active Easy Charge Outlets
- Establish SIM Selling outlets and other categories of retail outlets as a % of Easy Charge outlets
Network Coverage & Quality:
- Network Optimization
- New Sites ROI and deployment
- Follow through with Zonal Technical Officers in delivering cell availability, quality of calls and reduction of outages at sites within state

Deliver Showroom Experience:
- Identify and formulate Customer Service Delivery Strategies to help improve Customer Satisfaction scores
- Ensure provision of standard Infrastructure at state showrooms,
- Ensure showroom employees are up-skilled in industry training and certifications for the role
Achieve Employee Engagement scores in line with the Engagement target for the State Business area:
- Continuously motivating the front line employees through leadership by examples
- Implement all action plans that will address hygiene issues etc. from
- engagement survey
Skills & Knowledge
- 10+ years of varied experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 2 years at middle
- management level handling independent businesses.
- Relevant experience in Telecom industry is desirable
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or related Social Sciences
- Master's in Business Administration would be preferred additional qualification
- Result Orientation
- Great problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills.
- Good interpersonal skills

- Sound understanding of Sales systems and Process

2.) RAN Planning Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Purpose
- RAN Planning Manager is a vital position for service assurance to the end-users or customers.
- The main function of service assurance is monitoring of service quality & availability, SLAs, performance of RAN Network and circulating performance reports to the Stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- UTRAN Network Architecture Planning.
- Evaluate the equipment performance and utilization
- Monitoring and optimization of the interfaces utilization and processor loads
- Ensure full solution with Transmission and Core side.
- Evaluate the UTRAN solution provided by Vendors
- Nationwide Upgrades of the UTRAN network with the new Major/Sub S/W release
Skills and Knowledge
- More than 5 years’ experience in UTRAN Architecture
- 2G, 3G and 4G experience.
- Experience in Huawei, ZTE and Nokia equipment.
- Relevant Degree
- Entrepreneurial disposition in decision making and managing resources
- Logical decision making abilities

- Ability to manage an outsourcing partner to effectively deliver on SLAs

3.) Service Management / App Support Operations Expert
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Purpose
- The Service Management/App Support Operations SME is responsible for governance and management of external applications and teams to deliver application support services related to applications, tools and utilities for Airtel Nigeria IT operation.
- This role will oversee managed service operations staff to ensure that operational commitments are consistently delivered for Airtel Nigeria.
- The Service Management/App Support ops SME will be a detailed-oriented service manager with strong customer focus and capability to enforce compliance to operational commitments.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Service Management/App Support ops SME is responsible for:
- Delivering seamless IT Operation of Airtel Nigeria business for Application management (Enterprise & Post-Paid, Pre-paid & Vas, Airtel Money domains) ensuring SLAs as well as Uplift SLAs through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Overseeing vendor/partner to ensure relevant deliverables with agreed SLA as well as objectives, priorities, trade-offs and risks are aligned.
- Managing partner(s) and ensuring service delivery to agreed quality and minimum time to market.
- Ensuring value delivery to the AIRTEL NIGERIA-IT by maintaining oversight of IT Application support related managed services.
- Audits and Governance.
Qualifications and Experience
- M.Sc / Bachelor's Degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study.
- 7- 9 years of work experience preferably in Telco or related industry.
- Experience working in multi-vendor managed service IT operating model.
- Exposure to IT Service Management framework with good vendor management skill.
- ITIL Certifications are mandatory.
