1.) Client Service Manager
Job Title: Client Service Manager

Job Summary
- The Client Service Manager shall be the voice of the client in the business.
- He/she will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery and assurance whilst ensuring exceptional service and success of WIOCC products and services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement client services, experience & delight strategy. Lead and deliver seamless client experience across all touchpoints within WIOCC, collaborating closely with key account managers to ensure we exceed the committed SLA continually by achieving greater client satisfaction, increased efficiency and profitability
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients and champion client success
- Be the voice of the client in the business by actively listening, to uncover challenges with our services or products and provide feedback to the business regarding client engagement
- Champion and guide clients and internal teams through complex problems, lead in-depth complex issue resolution, tracking key metrics for client satisfaction & retention whilst ensuring cross-functional collaboration with all internal stakeholders
- Perform research and analyses and develop reports on client activity to help managers make informed decisions about business operations
- Follow and enforce service quality standards and process
- Lead interface with clients on service assurance and service delivery, undertake monthly service reviews, measuring and improving client satisfaction and customer experience
- Continue to find ways to improve client management and create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met
- Take the lead with escalation management and collaborate with the Supplier Quality Manager to ensure services are restored within the shortest times to minimise client downtime and drive SIPs where necessary
- Coordinate problem management, SLA, RCA and service improvement plans with relevant internal teams and provide feedback to clients and account managers
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT or a related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in the telecom industry including experience in service desk or similar fields
- ITIL for Service Management course or equivalent
- Demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills
- Good personal presentation, politeness, and tact
- Experience in monitoring relevant CRM KPIs (e.g., client satisfaction, churn)
- Knowledge of client service programs and databases (NetSuite desirable)

2.) Procurement Specialist
Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Objective
- Manage procurement and logistics processes efficiently, build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders and support organisation goals and objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement procurement policies and plans to acquire high-quality materials, goods and services
- Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs, specifications and forecasts
- Perform global sourcing while ensuring compliance with international standards and trade regulations
- Identify, prequalify and onboard compliant suppliers across diverse regions, ensuring a competitive, reliable and sustainable supply chain

- At least 5 years of experience in procurement and supply management within a multinational, telecommunications, or large organisation
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes, best practices and contract administration
- Proven track record of global sourcing and managing international suppliers, particularly in African, European and Asian markets
- Familiarity with legislative and regulatory requirements, import/export procedures and global shipping practices
- Understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions to mitigate legal risk
- Supplier relationship management and strong sourcing strategies

4.) Service Desk Support (Fibre)

- Proactively manage WIOCC’s service desk channels, be the client first-contact champion and ensure all client issues are ticketed to meet quality and performance levels that ensure client delight.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Client query/issue handling. Ensuring client queries or issues are captured, validated, and open tickets for further processing by the NOC
- Communicating with clients. Ensuring that various types of information are communicated to clients through the appropriate channel(s)

7.) Pricing Analyst
Job Title: Pricing Analyst

Job Objective
- Develop a clear understanding of all competitive wholesale pricing in the African wholesale data services market.
- Measure WIOCC’s pricing strategy against major competitor price movements and ensure that WIOCC’s bespoke service offers are commercially competitive against its core competition to aid effective sales while returning profits in line with WIOCC’s corporate targets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of WIOCC’s services, pricing and positioning in the wholesale data services market
- Ensure accurate competitor prices are sourced from customers, sales and other external agents
- Bespoke price all requests for special prices originating from sales management
- Ensure sales managers have a clear understanding of WIOCC’s price proposition including the supply of possible further negotiation tools
- Develop close working relationships with sales management, bid management, operational, legal and finance to ensure that targeted gross margins are maintained and WIOCC is protected when a client fails to meet certain criteria
- Recommend and advise price responses to competitor’s market initiatives to the Pricing Manager and Director of Commercial Operations
- Actively pursue the necessary intel from the local regional markets to derive price and service reference points that are measurable, factual and comparable to WIOCC offerings
- Design, implementation and maintenance of spreadsheet models and software used in the Commercial Pricing area
- Provide data points from partners and competitors in local regional markets to the Pricing Manager to maintain a database of price intel and services to support faster, more accurate responses to the sales team on x-connects, last mile and backhaul services
- For services in Africa, conduct desktop feasibility studies for last mile and long-haul service requirements for costs to be used in bespoke price solutions
- Provide support to the Pricing Manager in proactively collating data on third-party costs, fibre building spends and business cases to motivate internal pricing approval
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field from a recognised university, with a minimum of 2nd class honours upper division
- Holder of CPA, CIMA or ACCA certification
- At least three years of working experience in an accounting and or sales environment
- Excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Experience working in the telecoms industry will be an added advantage, especially understanding of Data Centers, broadband, metro Ethernet, active Ethernet, FTTx, backhaul and national long-distance services
