1.) Electrical Crane Technician
Job Title: Electrical Crane Technician
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Job Purpose
- The Electrical Crane Technician is responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance of the cranes and this includes routine checks, troubleshooting/diagnosis, and repairs
Main Tasks and Responsibilities|
Electrical Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:
- Carries out repairs/maintenance as directed by the Supervisor according to the OEM specifications
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots cranes when they are broken down to identify electrical faults
- Makes requisition and collects spare parts for repairs and maintenance
- Prepare progress and completion report for work done and share with the Electrical Crane Supervisor
Safety & Compliance:
- Adheres to safety requirements (right tools usage, safe working environment) while executing maintenance procedures
- Attends weekly safety training
- Utilizes personal protective equipment in work areas at all time
Teamwork & Performance:
- Works with other technicians and supervisors to complete designated tasks
- Takes ownership of own performance using the TICT performance management system
- Attends and maximises training recommended by Supervisors and HR to close performance & development gaps
- Supports the induction of new team members into the Unit
- Performs any other duties as required by the business
Qualifications
- OND or its equivalence in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field
- HSE Level 1 Certification

2.) Store Officer
Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
- The Store Officer works with the Store Supervisor to receive and issue store items (equipment spare parts, consumables, and facility items)
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Store Items Receipt:
- Assists with the reception of spare part ordered and verifies that it tallies with the information of the spare part requested for
- Engages end-user for the verification of the items supplied to ensure that it meets the specifications required
- Completes the reception process on the MAXIMO platform
- Executes the storage process of items received both physically in specific locations and on the MAXIMO platform, ensuring that the physical and digital locations tallies
- Creates "new part" for previously non-existent items needed in the store on the MOIRA platform
Store Items Issuance
- Receives and processes requisitions for spare parts made by end-users
- Issues spare parts based on approved work order
- Issues consumables and facility items
- Processes exit of work order on the MAXIMO platform for spare parts
General Store Management:
- Conducts the material stock-taking process daily
- Maintains proper documentation and records of store spare parts supplied by vendors
- Works with the Store Manager to ensure that spare parts are readily available in the store on request
Safety & Compliance:
- Adheres to safety requirements (right tools usage, safe working environment) while executing store management procedures
- Keeps the store environment clean always
- Attends weekly safety training
- Utilizes personal protective equipment in work areas at all time
Teamwork & Performance:
- Works with team to complete designated tasks
- Takes ownership of own performance using the TICT performance management system

3.) Security Officer
Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Purpose
- Maintains / implements the security procedures at all areas of responsibility.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- The Security Officer has responsibility for punctual resumption at work and for conducting handover and taking over of duty with the Security Officer from whom s/he is taking over duty.
- Ensures that all the Policemen, Security Guards and Lifeguards deployed within assigned Area Of Responsibility (AOR) equally report for work punctually and maintain presence and work effectively at their assigned security Beats throughout their tours of duty.
- Ensures that the Policemen, Security Guards and Lifeguards deployed in his AOR conduct handing over and taking over of duty among themselves regularly and on a continuous basis.
- Ensures that the Policemen and Guards in assigned AOR are equipped with the appropriate and functional security equipment for working effectively in the Terminal.
- The Security Officer is to ensure at all times in his AOR that only Trucks with valid TDOs are allowed to queue up in the RTG Loading bays.
- Incumbent makes sure that no driver or any other person is allowed to walk around the Terminal on foot in assigned AOR. Reports all offenders to the Security Duty Officer for documentation and sanctioning.
- Gives accurate account of all Policemen, Security Guards and Lifeguards deployed and physically seen in assigned AOR and avails the data to the Security Duty Officer from time to time during duty-tour period.
- The Security Officer has responsibility for ensuring that all policemen, Security Guards and Lifeguards deployed within assigned AOR as well as any other person legitimately found in assigned AOR are appropriately PPE-Compliant
- Attends scheduled training sessions punctually at the dates and times assigned to his Training Group.
- Participates in and sit for all ISPS CODE / PFSP Test that will be conducted by the Port Facility Security Officer, the Security Manager or the Security Consultant.
- The Security Officer is to report all operational, security and safety incidents and occurrences to the Security Control Centre and the Security Duty Officer emphasising incident description, location, date, time, injuries or fatalities, loss of or damage to property, victims and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Reports all security breaches promptly to the Security Control Centre and the Security Duty Officer emphasising; description.
- Promptly conveys any intention to leave assigned AOR for credible reasons to the Security Duty Officer who will appoint and deploy a Stand-in FSS for the AOR before the incumbent Security Supervisor leaves assigned AOR.
- The Security Officer is reports to the Security Duty Officer who gives directives and guidance.

5.) LISO Coordinator
Job Title: LISO Coordinator

- The LISO (Local Information Security Officer) Coordinator at TICT is responsible for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of IT security policies and procedures.
- This role involves coordinating ISO audits, assisting in maintaining security certifications, conducting internal security audits, and overseeing IT changes to recommend best practices.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and Monitoring of IT Security Policies:
- Implement and enforce adherence to IT security policies and procedures across the organization.
- Regularly review and update security policies to align with evolving threats and industry standards.
- Assist in maintaining security certifications by ensuring ongoing compliance with certification requirements.
- Monitor and address any issues that may impact the organization’s security certification status.
ISO Audit Coordination:

Shift Management:
- Oversees the field execution of terminal operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensures vessel operations are executed according to vessel plans.
- Monitors operations at the yard and examination to ensure all scheduled tasks are completed adequately.

Operational Efficiency:
