Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Marwa - Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree / HND from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years experience

About the Role

  • We are seeking smart, energetic, and hardworking NYSC Corps Members to support our field activation team.
  • The selected corps members will be responsible for distributing flyers and promoting the HOMESPBO Homeownership Subscription Plan, one of PWAN Group’s innovative and affordable housing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage members of the public with a brief introduction to PWAN Group and the HOMESPBO subscription
  • Direct interested individuals to PWAN Group’s official contact channels
  • Keep simple daily records of locations covered and the number of flyers distributed
  • Promote the PWAN Group positively and maintain proper conduct in the field
  • Work with the team lead and follow all field instructions.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
  • Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member who just left Camp
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, confident, and comfortable speaking to people
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors
  • Familiarity with your area/axis is a plus.

Job Title: Legal / Admin Officer

Locations: Ebonyi, Kwara, & Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
  • Develop and inspect land surveying projects
  • Advise the company on title issues and environmental issues, and insurance issues
  • Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings
  • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month

Requirements

  • First-level university Degree or equivalent; may have an advanced university degree
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in sales
