1.) Legal / Admin Officer
Job Title: Legal / Admin Officer
Locations: Abakiliki, Ebonyi, and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Head, Legal & Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal & Admin Department.
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, letters, and internal correspondence.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and retrieval of legal and administrative records.
- Assist in ensuring company-wide adherence to regulatory and internal compliance processes.
- Liaise with government agencies, external counsel, business units, and senior management as required.
- Manage appointment scheduling, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain departmental records.
- Support due diligence activities related to property documentation and business transactions.
- Perform general office administrative functions and other assigned duties in line with operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from a recognized institution.
- Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- 1–3 years post-NYSC experience in a legal or legal/admin role (in-house experience is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must reside in Oyo or Ebonyi
- Fully Onsite Role (remote work is not available for this position).

2.) Senior Legal Officer
Job Title: Senior Legal Officer
Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Fully Onsite)
Reporting To: Head, Legal & Administration / Executive Management
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Officer to strengthen our Legal & Compliance operations and support the organization’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advisory support to management and business units.
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, MOUs, SLAs, deeds, and legal correspondence.
- Oversee property documentation, title verification, due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes.
- Manage internal legal documentation systems and ensure proper filing and retrieval.
- Represent the company in dealings with external counsel, regulatory agencies, partners, and government bodies.
- Handle legal matters relating to property acquisition, project development, sales, partnerships, and dispute resolution.
- Proactively identify legal risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present legal opinions, reports, and management briefs.
- Supervise junior legal staff and provide mentorship as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
- Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years post-call experience in Corporate / Property / Commercial Law (real estate sector experience is a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to manage complex documentation processes and negotiations.
- Strong understanding of land processes, property transactions, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
- Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong professional ethics, confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Must have finished NYSC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must reside in Lagos, preferably within proximity to Lekki/Ajah axis.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all assigned vehicles are always clean and in good condition.
- Convey staff, clients, material, equipment, supplies from one place to another
- Ensure the drivers log or running sheet is always filled when proceeding on any assignment.
- Comply with the company rules, regulation and policies.
- Comply with the traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- Check routinely the condition of vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
- Endeavour to pay attention to clients or staff whenever or wherever, and must always be at sight of the passengers
- Ensure that the company’s vehicles are safely and comfortably driven by observing defensive driving while on the road to prevent accident
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs
- Maintain knowledge of first-aid procedures
- Prepare and submit reports that may include the number of clients or trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, or fares received
- Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 8 years experience.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media messages from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions about products/services and policies, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Use Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, possibly Teams) to prepare reports, track metrics and communicate internally.

- Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare, record, and reconcile financial statements.
