Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Lagos

Description

• We require the service of a highly skilled Business Analyst with experience to join our dynamic team.
• The successful individual will conduct business analysis for new product releases and new projects.
• This individual will be involved in requirement analysis, documentation, scope validation, coordination and assessment of requests from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess the scope of the API project (what the business wants) and defines the milestones.
• Facilitates brainstorming sessions between all the stakeholders, knowledge matter experts and engineering team.
• Establish and evaluates the API requirements and define the API Requirements.
• Documentation (API client requirements, REST services, class diagrams).
• Translates API client needs into technical API specifications (OpenAPI ).
• Create user stories for the delivery team.
• Elaborate the deliverables of the acceptance phase: acceptance strategy, acceptance notebooks, acceptance reports.
• Carry out the UATs and organize the test phases with the business users and product owners.
• Collaborate with the different members of the project team according to the project phase.
• Produce the necessary documentation for each project phase (API Requirements Documentation).

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or other related fields (Master degree is a plus) with at least 3 years building business software.
• Excellent functional and technical proficiency in software development (Domain Driven Design, UML Diagrams, Design Pattern…).
• Mandatory knowledge of API design and implementation (REST API, OpenAPI).
• Experience with an API Management Platform (Apigee, MuleSoft, Axway, Software AG…).
• Strong knowledge of DevOps methodology and good knowledge of an Agile Project Management Tool (Azure DevOps, JIRA…).
• Good understanding of Micro services architecture and cloud technologies with knowledge of C# or Java or Python.
• An ability to visualize data using presentations, diagrams, infographics.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with high level of critical thinking.

Job Title: Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and driven penetration tester with a hacker mindset to proactively Simulate real world attacks to identify, assess and exploit security vulnerabilities.
• You’ll be part of a fast-paced security team, expected to think like an adversary while maintaining ethical standards and compliance.
• You must be capable of both automated and manual testing, custom script writing, and producing detailed yet understandable reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct black-box, gray-box, and white-box penetration tests on: organization’s Web apps, Mobile apps, APIs.
• Perform social engineering and phishing simulation campaigns
• Develop and execute custom exploits where necessary
• Document proof-of-concept exploits and provide risk-ranked findings
• Conduct red team exercises simulating advanced persistent threats (APT)
• Analyze security findings from Hacker One and recreate vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with developers, Appsec Team, DevOps, and product teams to provide remediation guidance
• Stay current on CVEs, exploits, hacker tools, and threat actor techniques (TTPs)
• Weekly updates and debriefs with stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in offensive security or ethical hacking
• Demonstrated history with Bug Bounty programs or CTF competitions

• Ability to write and explain exploits or security PoCs clearly
• Strong report writing and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external PCI DSS and ISO27001 assessors and auditors.
• Develop and deliver security awareness training programs on a quarterly, annual, and on-demand basis.
• Create and distribute security awareness materials, such as presentations, posters, and email alerts.
• Measure the effectiveness of security awareness programs through surveys, tests, and other metrics.
• Define and enforce security requirements for applications in development.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with security requirements throughout the development process.
• Participate in the delivery of cybersecurity operations through vulnerability and threat identification, incident detection and response, forensic investigations, Patch and Vulnerability Management. Engage with infrastructure and applications teams in mitigation and remediation efforts.
• Maintain key metrics that are indicative of the security posture of the infrastructure.

Job Summary

• Our client requires the service of a highly skilled Network engineer with Fin-Tech experience to oversee and maintain all aspects of Network hardware.
• This includes maintaining networks security patches, configuration and security programs and systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Network security status, monitor Application and Response System (CSMARS) and other security monitoring tools
• Manage remote connections (VPN management)
• Monitor and enforce compliance with network security policies bank wide
• Carry out all suggested response actions to threats upon detection of a security breach or network attack
• Ensure proper functioning of all Security Devices (Checkpoints, ASA, PIX Firewall, IPS, Routers)

Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Understanding:

• Support developers in documenting code specifications and versioning for references and maintenance

• In-depth proven experience in Architecture governance, Business Capability & Value Chain Analysis, Transition Architecture & Roadmaps
• Experience in API & Digital platforms and solutions
