1.) Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Responsible to the Power Systems Administrative Manager for the administration of the Headquarters and support to the field sales activities of the Company.
Responsibilities
- Logistics for physical movement of stock, either to customer, branches or other departments
- Maintain record of stock movement and location
- Maintain record of haulage prices and constant update on prices
- Deliveries of sold and invoiced generator set to customer’s sites.
- Receipt of customer returned unit or unit return from branches and also issuance and maintenance of GRN
- Supervision and monitoring of haulage contractors that handle deliveries from point of loading to delivery to customer site.
- Transfer stocks units to branches and ensure units delivered from various branches to their customers are invoiced before they are released.
- Allocate units for invoicing and reservation according to aging stock.
- Sales invoice processing on MANPRO
- Logistics documentation for sold units and IBT
- Attend to salesmen for all enquiring on stock/sound proofed units availabilities.
- Other activities/responsibilities that may be assigned to me from time to time.

Requirements
- B.SC /B.ENG or HND in Engineering.
- Training in Marketing and Sales Management with Two years of relevant experience.
- A good mastering of Computer Applications is an added advantage.

3.) Large Engine Specialist
Job Title: Large Engine Specialist
Location: Lagos
Role Overview
- We are looking for a Large Engine Specialist with deep hands-on experience in Caterpillar engine overhauls, especially 3600 and 3500 series engines.
- This field-based role involves leading critical engine rebuilds, providing technical support, and mentoring local teams.
- You’ll ensure all work meets Caterpillar and Mantrac quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support and training for local engineers.
- Rebuild and overhaul CAT 3600 and 3500 engines
- Troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar equipment on customer sites and in workshops.
- Deliver detailed technical reports and failure analyses.
- Ensure all repairs follow Caterpillar procedures and standards.
- Lead and supervise teams for major repairs, rebuilds, and machine assembly projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including the use of LOTO equipment.
- Conduct inspections using Cat Inspect after job completion.
- Oversee warranty claims, establish root causes of failures, and ensure repairs are correctly executed.
- Plan and manage new machine assemblies, including coordinating logistics and non-Cat items.
- Work closely with service management, product support teams, and customers to ensure service excellence.
- Promote all dealership capabilities, including Parts, Service, Equipment Sales & Multi-brand.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with a CAT dealership, focused on engine rebuilds.
- Proven expertise with CAT 3600 and 3500 engines.
- Experience with MAK, MWM, or gas engines is a strong advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and reporting skills.
- Ability to lead and train field teams.
- Trade certification or NVQ equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Nigeria and work across Mantrac territories.
- Strong commitment to safety and technical standards.

- Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory.
- Aggressively promote the company’s product within the catchment area and win more prospects there from.
- Provide product related technical assistance and advise to customers and prospects
- Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.
- Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients/customers and MNL Management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc./ HND in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the industry (sales, marketing & technical experience).
