2.) QA / QC Inspector (Fabrication)

Job Title: QA / QC Inspector (Fabrication)

Job Summary

  • The Dimensional Inspector is responsible for verifying the dimensional accuracy of manufactured parts, assemblies, and products.
  • This role ensures that all products meet the required specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Dimensional Inspection: Conduct precise measurements of parts, assemblies, and products using various inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
  • Quality Control: Verify that products meet required specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Record and maintain accurate inspection data, including measurements, tolerances, and defects.
  • Non-Conformance Reporting: Identify and document non-conforming products, and notify production teams and quality management.

Requirements

3.) BMD Process Engineer

Job Title: BMD Process Engineer

Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure the safe operation of PC pumps, pressure and temperature sensors, transmitters, controllers, and safety instruments.
  • Calibrate all pumps and process instruments regularly to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain accurate records of process parameters, calibration activities, and maintenance log
  • Maintain healthy working conditions of safety instruments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, Blasting crew and quality control teams to optimize process efficiency and safety.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an explosive manufacturing or bulk emulsion plant or Bulk Matrix delivery vehicle.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining PC pumps, sensors, controllers, and PLC systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO, HSE, and other relevant compliance systems.
  • Experience in Automobile is preferable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to applicable safety standards (e.g, Explosive rules,MSMD, and local laws).

Job Title: Laboratory Assistant (Chemist)

  • Perform routine advanced analysis such as titration, PH analysis, moisture content determination, viscosity measurement, and capacitate measurement.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to assess the quality and stability.

  • Document all experiments, results and observations accurately.
  • Train junior staff or team members in analytical techniques and safety protocols as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related discipline
  • Experience with lab instruments like viscometers, PH meters, Turbidity meters etc.
