1.) Senior Accountant

Location: Apapa-Oshodi, Expressway, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
Senior Accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining a general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Plan, assign and review staff’s work
Support month-end and year-end close process
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
Liaise with our financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures

Requirements and skills

BSc Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant fields
Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor and Senior accountant
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Awareness of business trends
Familiarity with financial accounting statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
Hands-on experiences with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Relevant certification (e.g. ACA, CMA) will be preferred.

Salary

N300,000 monthly.

2.) Corporate Marketer (Medical)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Descritpion

We are looking for a passionateand experienced Corporate Marketer (Corporate Sales Person) to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns.
You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

Responsibilities

Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.
Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.).

3.) Registered Nurse

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery.
You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits.
The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision.
You will be compassionate and cool-tempered.
You will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
Provide instant medical care in emergencies
Assist surgeons during operations
Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

Requirements and Skills

B.Sc or other Diploma from a Nursing Program.
2 years proven experience as a registered nurse
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent knowledge of emergency care
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible and compassionate
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
Patientwith excellent problem-solving skills
Valid Nursing License.

Remuneration
N65,000 - N70,000 Monthly.

4.) Finance Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Management:

Overseeing financial activities relating to the Head Quarters, Regional Offices and Factory.
Managing Finance personnel and outsourced functions related to financial activities
Develop, implement, and maintain a documented system of accounting, internal control activities and general operational set of policies and procedures
Preparing and presenting financial data and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives and manage finance team across different business units
Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulatory bodies

Funds Management:

Forecast cash flow positions and/or finance needs and propose cash management options to CEO and Board of Directors
Ensure sufficient availability of funds to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
Maintain and expand banking relationships to offer the best services to suit the company’s financial needs
Manage trade finance requirements/instruments to fulfil business needs
Monitor and manage receivables and credit limits
Support the CEO on fundraising activities

Budgeting:

Work with the CEO and management team during the quarterly budget cycle to develop the company's financial targets for the year and prepare budget presentation for management approval.
Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
Prepare quarterly management report showing variances across the different financial and KPIs of the budget and demonstrate understand of the reasons for such variances.

Cost Management:

Develop and determine appropriate cost-accounting methods for the company
Advise the CEO and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on costing systems and develop/establish appropriate systems for apportioning overhead costs to the various profit/cost centers accordingly
Review and develop corporate expenditure structure with a view to suggesting areas where cost reduction can be made without affecting operations adversely

Financial Analysis:

Engage in continuous pricing analysis to support different departments in strategic and purchasing decisions.
Develop and review key financial and operational ratios to ensure profitable running of the business.
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company.
Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities.
Support the CAPEX approval process by preparing economic evaluation models showing Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) based on a discounted cash flow analysis and establishment of realistic cost and revenue estimates that are in line with the market.
Any other ad hoc financial activities

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Accounting / Finance or any relevant field with a minimum of 10 years’ work experience in Finance, with demonstrated experience in financial analysis, treasury, team management and budgeting.
Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, etc)
Must have worked in a similar capacity in Manufacturing, FMCG, Commercial/Retail, Agriculture, Logistics, or Hospitality.
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Practical knowledge of financial analysis
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Financial Management Software.
Excellent Business analysis, Project Management and Financial Management skills.

Remuneration
N500,000 - N600,000 Monthly.

5.) Orthopedic Surgical Nurse

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Theatre Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, the Nurse will be part of the Surgical Team.
Experience in Ortho surgical cases is key and other surgeries will be added bonus to the selection.
Should have good experience and skills in hip, knee, Joint Replacement & Trauma Surgeries.

Responsibilities

To assist the surgeon in the Procedures & Surgeries carried out in the OT.
To ensure sterility in OT and autoclaving of Instruments.
To ensure the safety of patient in the theatre.
To hold the responsibility to council and coordinate with the patient, surgeon, anesthetist for the Cases.
When not busy in the OT, needs to manage the ER Department with the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse with Nursing Council of Nigeria.
Added certifications in Surgical Areas is an added bonus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a standard Specialist Hospital.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with a wide variety of patients, medical staff, and caregivers
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Hospital Management Information System.
Compassionate and sensitive to patients' needs and concerns.
Should be ready to accommodate on the working hours needs of the Surgeries and OT as some can be elective or emergency.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.

6.) Physiotherapist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team. You will work with our patients to assist in practicing exercises and physical therapy designed to ease pain and increase mobility.
You must be well-versed in the study of physical therapy with a background in rehabilitating patients with illnesses or injuries.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate patients through tests history presented and physical examination
Create and implement treatment care plans tailored to each patient's needs and outlining their goals and the expected outcomes
Establish patient's goals and benchmarks
Discuss patient’s goalposts and collaborate with other physicians, surgeons, and healthcare team for referral and treatment.
Schedule exercises and therapies for patients as required by patient conditions.
Observe and review patient’s progress
Assist and demonstrate proper stretches, techniques, exercises, and equipment uses to relieve pain and improve the patient’s mobility
Educate patient's family members, caretakers, or close friends on the patient's treatment plan
Recommend specialists to patients who need additional medical attention/support.
Document patient's medical progress and treatment; record notes to update medical conditions
Review patients’ medical history and referrals notes from Surgeons, Doctors and other healthcare workers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Education; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree
Certified and licensed to work by the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists (Registration) Board of Nigeria
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in healthcare or physical rehabilitation setting
Good interpersonal skills and communication with a wide variety of patients, medical staff, and caregivers
Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) with ability to make use of EMR (Electronic Medical Records).
Compassionate and sensitive to patients' needs and concerns.

Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 Monthly.

7.) Medical Doctor

Location: Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Update patients' medical records that documents all evaluations, medications, treatments, allergies, test results and other records
Evaluate a patient's symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of treatment to address them
Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal statutes and inform patients of all possible risks, complications and interference with other medications they may be taking
Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants to ensure full compliance with regulations and make sure that the current care program is as effective as possible
Consult patients on topics such as proper nutrition, fitness and hygiene to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS / MBChB) with 3 - 4 years experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly.

8.) MEP Engineer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual
Project monitoring in strategically manner
Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines
Familiar with design of MEP
Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues
Ensure that all building services meet the technical standards and local authority regulations
Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals
To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems
To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work
Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications
Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experiences

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is a must
Minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position.
Computer software literacy - MS Office/CAD/MEP design software (optional).
