1.) Telesales Agent

 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing members to inform them about a product or service
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects member's information in the database to the field sales agents
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go “one more” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Listen to the members’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gather and document members’ information on transactions and reactions to products.
  • Keep up to date on all products’ knowledge and information

2.) Data Entry Analyst / Specialist

Job Description

  • As a data entry analyst, your primary responsibilities will be to interpret the information in databases and help upper-level management make informed decisions regarding business goals.

Key Responsibility

  • Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
  • Develop and maintain databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
  • Perform analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
  • Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
  • Establish data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.

3.) Office Manager

 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition, budgets and arrange necessary repairs
  • Organize office operations and procedures and oversee general office operations
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Provide general support to visitors/members
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Assist in the planning of in-house or off-site activities; like parties, celebrations and conferences
  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming phone calls and deliver world-class service to our visitors/members.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)

Key Responsibilities

  • Check-in on member onboarding journey to identify blockages to approve the member.
  • Approach issue members face with a perception of eliminating such issues in the corresponding channel (Call, Chat). (Essential)
  • Liaise with respective teams, and partners to ensure all member’s requests, open transactions, complaints are managed through an effective resolution process using slack.

  • To prospect for Customers and sell all products (Annuity and Non-Annuity) and services in order to deliver profitable revenue streams to the Business and Group.

  • The Agents will be expected to cross sell to customers of the Group and potential customers from outside the Group thereby expand the reach of the brand.

Salary Structure
Monthly allowance of N30,000 guaranteed for 3months after which the monthly payment will be on commission basis (2% of annuity sold) on any product sold by the Agent subject to achieving minimum performance standards
