1.) Product Manager
Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
- They will conduct market research and develop a road map for the products.
- They will work with other teams to deliver standard products and services that meets the needs of the market.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
- Grow market share and improve customer experience.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver final product.
- Develop a marketing strategy to drive product launch and marketing campaigns.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line. strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

- Develop and deliver training to technical sales support.
- Evangelize the product internally and externally.
- Provide regular report on product performance, sales volume, revenue and profit.
- Provides feedback and recommendations on business risks and improving operational efficiencies and processes where appropriate.
- Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify product deficiencies, evaluate their risk implications, and draw the appropriate conclusions.

Qualifications
- B.Sc in Business Management, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
- Evidence of completion/ exemption of/from NYSC.
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role preferably in a Financial Institution.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
- Solid technical background and hands-on experience in software development.
- Experienced at working effectively with cross functional teams.

2.) Head, Credit

Job Description
- The Head, Credit & Risk Management be responsible for the monitoring and management of the risk portfolio of the Bank. The job holder will develop and implement systems, policies and procedures aimed at risk mitigation.
Duties and responsibilities
- Planning, designing implementing & managing the overall risk management process for the bank by developing the risk management framework, policies, processes, procedures and reporting standards that define the bank’s risk strategy and appetite in line with its overall business objectives
- Monitor the business development for emerging risks and recommend policies and procedures to improve the risk management process
- Facilitate the identification, assessment, measurement, monitoring, controlling and reporting the level of risks
- Maintain oversight over the bank’s enterprise risk management activities
- Provide support, education and training to staff in order to create risk awareness
- Ensures proper documentation of credits by adhering to set documentation standards and procedures
- Define credit approval framework and recommend credit approval limits in line with banks’ policy
- Analysis and appraisal of Individual credit requests in accordance with approved policies and procedures to ensure that credit exposures are created subject to stipulated guidelines
- Conduct periodic stress tests and scenario analysis, assessing the impact to the Bank’s credit portfolio and make appropriate recommendations to senior management for appropriate action
- Support the loan remediation team, in negotiating work out plans and strategies for delinquent customers and provide additional support with respect to exposures requiring collection agencies or legal action
- Review and analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify key causal factors, make recommendations and track them to ensure adequate and timely closure
- Monitor violations of credit policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendations, present findings to senior management and suggest actions/penalties to be taken when appropriate
- Prepare timely, comprehensive and reliable credit risk reports to senior management and board on a regular basis
- Flexibility to carry out any other task as requested by Management
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Economics or a related field

- Evidence of completion of Microfinance Certification program

Job Summary
- The Head of Internal Control is responsible for the development and implementation of the Internal Control framework of the Bank.
- The job holder will develop policies and procedures and monitor compliance in line with external regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing, reviewing, and implementing compliance policies, programs, and procedures
- Using problem solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify internal control deficiencies, evaluate their risk implications, and draw the appropriate conclusions
- Developing and executing internal audit activities, consult with management on strategic plans and other business matters, and anticipate emerging risks
- Participating in decision making with senior engagement management, provide meaningful insights, and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions
- Documenting and testing business process and IT controls that support key financial operations
- Evaluating control deficiencies, and monitoring remediation actions, timelines, and progress
- Maintaining current knowledge of laws, regulations, procedures, and policies governing the Bank
- Lead the setup of the enterprise risk assessment for the bank and developing a risk log
- Take responsibility for the Bank’s annual control work program using the internal control framework within the Bank
- Ensure appropriate level of communication is maintained on Internal Control matters to support the framework and ensure appropriate ownership and accountabilities from management and managers.
- Develop adequate training material on the internal control objectives, approach and methodology.

- The Human Resources Officer provides HR and Administrative support to the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports recruitment by posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, co-ordinating interviews and support the overall recruitment and hiring process.
- Supports the documentation, orientation and onboarding of new employees.
- Conducts verification, background and reference check on all employees within seven (7) days of resumption.
