1.) Internal Audit Associate

Job Title: Internal Audit Associate

Job Description

  • Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the Internal Audit Associate will be responsible for supporting the internal audit team to build internal auditing systems and ensuring their correct application within the company. They will also provide the support necessary to ensure that the organisation is compliant with current legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and regularly monitor business/regulatory environment for emerging risks to business operations.
  • Document the scope of internal audit engagements and collaborate on developing annual audit plans.
  • Implement Enterprise Risk-Based audit plan.
  • Obtain, analyse and evaluate necessary support documents, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc. to support audit findings.

  • Familiarity with the Fintech/Financial Services regulatory environment is a key requirement.
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
  • Knowledge of structured relational database reviews using SQL is a plus.

2.) Internal / IT Audit Senior Associate

Job Title: Internal / IT Audit Senior Associate

Job Description

  • Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, the Internal/IT Audit Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the internal audit team to build internal auditing systems and ensuring their correct application within the company.   • Review enterprise processes to identify scope for IT audit procedures such as test of automated control, data analysis and other audit procedures to address IT operational and financial risks.
  • Prepare and communicate IT Audit Plan, budget, and timelines to the Audit Manager.
  • Perform fieldwork and audit procedures such as IT risk assessment, test of automated / application controls, test of general IT Controls, interface controls and test of system-generated reports, risk mitigation procedures and reporting preparation.

  • Must be familiar with the Payment/cards/Financial Services IT regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, Business Continuity Planning, ISO 27001, Data Protection)
  • Proven experience reviewing relational databases using structured query language (SQL) is a must.
  • Experience conducting audits IT assets hosted in the cloud environment.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations

3.) Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the legal team to interpret laws and regulations affecting the company, providing guidance on legal matters and assisting in developing legal and operational strategies.
  • Identify potential areas of weakness (inadequate/ineffective controls, areas of non-compliance, etc.) within Pagatech’s service offerings and its operations.
  • Escalation of regulatory risks and policy breaches or discrepancies wherever necessary to the appropriate authority.
  • Oversee all regulatory reporting and filing requirements in compliance with the AML/CFT/CPF, Data Protection laws, and general laws and regulations.
  • Confirm suspicious transaction reports, screening and KYC are fully investigated in line with regulatory requirements and reported where applicable
  • Manage and execute the Compliance Testing and Monitoring Program, which includes the compliance testing across Pagatech’s products and services.

  • Must have undergone the Microfinance Certification Programme and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work from brief to optimize and adapt campaign material and asset production for multi-channel marketing, including social advertising, email, editorial articles, mobile app placements, and display banners.
  • Create highly engaging data-driven animation, interactive online content for social media, email marketing, mobile in-app banners, and web banners.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, content creators, and teams to understand the project scope, objectives and be a stakeholder for performance in overall campaign development.
  • Create and execute concepts for digital advertising.
  • Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
