The team you’ll be part of

  • The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups.
  • While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
  • This position will report to the Central East West Africa (CEWA) part of the Middle East Africa CX team based in Nigeria.
  • The position will consist of calling on the CSP and ISP customers located in Nigeria promoting the Nokia products and services to our customers in country.

Your Skills and Experience
You have:

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in the Hitech industry selling products and software
  • Ability to present solution sales and manage customer relationships
  • Track record of growing sales and promoting new products.

    • Strong background in fronting customer engagement in pre-sales/delivery role. Deep understanding of customer’s business challenges (not just technology challenges) and customer business both consumer and enterprise.
    • Strong ability to get hands on with customer workshops, develop content and lead the teams across functions in a customer engagement.
    • Be able to understand the financials of the business and be a true partner for market leader in driving Order Intake.

Job Role

  • Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) is responsible for delivery of services for the new accounts where we will need rapid start for delivery, primary focus being Nigeria, but can be any other countries within CEWA (Central East Africa) region.

Mission:

  • Owns the delivery of the entire Customer contract execution scope – products and services - for his/her BG
