1.) Engineering Supervisor - Beverages

Job Title: Production Supervisor - Beverages

Location: Agbara Factory, Ogun
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

  • We are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the Production Supervisor role, who will supervise and monitor autonomous maintenance on the production line under his responsibility to meet up with Safety, Quality and output requirements through a strict follow up of the laid down procedure.

Responsibilities
A day in the Life of the Production Supervisor:

  • Ensure that all issues relating to safety in his area of work and within the factory are given priority, escalate and follow up on their resolution if he needs a support.
  • Maintain Food Safety awareness and its relevance to ensure strict Compliance in the workplace. Act as back up for the line Manager when requested.
  • Responsible for monitoring all hygiene/cleaning operations in production floor areas and enforces good housekeeping.
  • Ensures production is properly executed to manufacture goods meeting prescribed standards, on time and meeting consumers expectations
  • Responsible for achieving the required production plan with the acceptable quality standard at first time right according to standard specifications.
  • Perform stock inventory during his shift and report accordingly to his line Manager.
  • Must ensure that proper shift handover is done according to the Nestle Continuous Excellence standard.
  • Act as an End User in the shift, to ensure that all transactions are properly captured in SAP ensures proper coordination of duties during break pairing.
  • Fill professionally the production reports and other related documents as required.
  • Supervises autonomous maintenance, and CIL of assets under his portfolio.
  • Drive safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for zero accidents through continuous coaching of the Operators and technicians on safety behaviours
  • Continuously use TPM methodologies to drive cost optimization across the resources on the shop floor
  • Analyse each line key performance measures in order to ensure optimum utilization of the asset
  • Adequate and efficient usage of materials in striving for zero loss.

Requirements
To be successful in this position you must have:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Engineering (Food Science/Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Agricultural or related field).
  • 5 years proven experience with strong character as a Line Technician in the plant of interest and 3 years as a supervisor.
  • Good attitude to work and ability to interact and communicate with people.
  • Demonstration of technical ability by proactively confronting machine malfunctions.
  • Demonstration of analytical ability to make accurate evaluation of multiple and complex data in making an informed decision.
  • Must be result oriented – ability to meet deadlines, ability to achieve result through other people, and a problem solver.

3.) Accounting Operations Specialist

Job Title: Accounting Operations Specialist

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos (Nigeria Head Office)

Position Summary

  • We are currently looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist (Financial Accountant), who will be responsible for ensuring rock solid accounting and Reporting, ensuring compliance with finance policies and provision of financial insights to the business.

Responsibilities
Accounting Operations:

  • Coordinate Payroll accrual and payment reconciliation with general ledgers.
  • Responsible for daily bank accounts clearing and ensure no open items aged above the target days.
  • Manage all lease and Right of Use accounting and quarterly reconciliation.
  • Manage employee loans account reconciliation.
  • Ensuring necessary accruals are made for potential tax risk from all ongoing tax audit and ensure timely posting of tax payment.

Closing and Financial Reporting:

  • Support during period-end close process, reviews account reconciliations.

Internal Controls and Compliance:

  • Responsible for review and clearing of aged items in the balance sheet in order to avoid KRIs red dot.

Others:

  • Manage GLF computation and posting
  • Coordinate dividend payments and reconciliation of unclaimed dividend with the company registral.
  • Computation of Final entitlement and journal posting.
  • Manage posting of direct and non-PO payments.
  • Act as SPOC for supply chain, head office and sale controlling Period-end Closing related journals.

Requirements
What Will Make You Successful?

  • B.Sc./HND in Finance or Accounting and must be a Chartered Accountant i.e. ACA, ACCA.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in Finance and Control in FMCG company.

4.) Customer Solution Analyst

Job Title: Customer Solution Analyst

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos (Nigeria Head Office)
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

  • We are currently looking for a Customer Solution Analyst to effectively drive the Perfect Order Cycle Approach to minimize all waste and complexities in the order-to-cash (O2C) flow.

Responsibilities
Demand Capture:

  • Ensure 100% replenishment acceptance is captured within defined service level agreement.

Order Filter:

  • Contact customer or internal contact to resolve blocked orders within SLA
  • Align material information with customer/stakeholders to be able to capture orders

Order Fulfilment:

  • Contact customer, when required, to propose mitigation actions due to Out of Stock risk and keep updated the Out-of-Stock Repository
  • Apply the mitigation agreed with customer if related to already existing orders or Request to Order Fulfilment to setup the mitigation action for future orders.
  • Manage Stock Allocation issue that requires a customer contact.
  • Manage Delivery Creation issue in collaboration with Order Filtering and/or ICC (Interface Centre of Competence).

Billing:

  • Collaborates with billing in the resolution of billing issues that requires a contact with the customer.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure prompt resolution of claims, returns, refusals and Exchange of Goods Advice.

Others:

  • Use of reason code methodology/approach to record appropriately root cause.
  • Collaborate with relevant specialists (in COC and Market) to determine and better understand cause of master data and pricing exceptions that cause blocks or order failure - e.g. COC O2C Master Data Specialist and COC Pricing Analyst.
  • Provide 360 visibility on status of orders to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure regular monitoring of open orders as per steps and frequency defined in SOP Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Routines.
  • Optimize orders where logistical efficiency is required such as attainment of logistics trade terms.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and initiating the escalation process based on the escalation criteria.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Market and CoC to ensure the quality and processes are meeting the business and system requirements.
  • Drive and encourage continuous improvement within the team moving to a more efficient exception management process meeting all internal and external KPI's.
  • Participate in NCE operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of demand capture process.

5.) Factory Planner

Job Title: Factory Planner

Position Summary

  • We are currently looking for a Factory Planner to consistently provide short-term/finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines/labor) and materials.

Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Factory Planner:

  • Creating feasible production plans within the Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS) period that meet the market demand, taking into consideration available capacity, labor, materials, inventory policy and product family sequencing; thereby optimizing the factory's ability to produce the SKUs within the families.
  • Identification of possible opportunities and practical issues (plant shutdowns, timing of promotion activity, etcetera) within the DPS period.
  • Providing advance information on labor and resource requirements within the DPS period.
  • Providing daily production and material status updates for management decision.

Requirements
What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent, preferably in a Mathematical or Statistically related course of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience in at least one of the following Supply Chain functions - Demand and Supply Planning, Detailed Production Scheduling system, Distribution Requirement Planning, Raw & Packaging Material Requirement Planning, etcetera.
  • Excellent proficiency level in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Working knowledge of Power BI and SAP is added advantage.

  • Nestlé Nigeria is currently looking for suitable candidates for the Field Sales Manager - Nestlé Professional (NP) role, who will be responsible for ensuring effective planning and implementation of all Nestlé Professional sales activities by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with NIM and NP customers in the focus channels, as well as to properly manage the 3rd party sales force in NP Dedicated Channels (Bukas, HoReCa, Education (schools with boarding facilities), Institutions with catering facilities and MYOWBU operation) to accelerate sell-out.

A day in a Life……

  • Achievement of Sellout Target: Monitors and achieves the MoM Sell In and Sell Out targets of the Branch (both for customers in NIM, RTMS, and in dedicated channels of NP) as well as ensures targets are achieved in the focus channels (Bukas, HoReCa, Education (schools with boarding facilities), Institutions with catering facilities, MYOWBU, etc.).
