Leadway Assurance Company Limited is recruiting to fill the following positions:

1.) Sales Executive / Customer Relationship Manager
2.) Financial Advisor / Sales Business Executive
3.) Insurance Advisor
4.) Project Manager

Leadway Assurance Company Limited is a reputable and reliable insurance company that underwrites both life and general insurance businesses both in and out of the country. Leadway Assurance is in the excess of N40 billion capital base to transact all kinds of risk, protection, endowment and savings products also with leadway products. We guaranty great assurance towards children's future education in case of unexpected occurrence like death of the parents or guardian with leadway saving product.

1.) Sales Executive / Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Qualifications

Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any discipline
0 - 2 years of work experience

2.) Financial Advisor / Sales Business Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

He/She must be willing to meet customers on the go and satisfying the needs of the customers on the products and services. He/She must have good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

He/She must build a good working relationship and also understand the needs of the customers and being able to interpret the services well.

Education

Applicant should have minimum of BSc / HND Qualification

Experience:

One or Two years in any financial institution may be an added advantage.

Skills:

A 3-day Training shall be conducted for better skills acquisition.

Remuneration

N85,000 - N110,000 monthly.

Job Description

Insurance advisor with or without experience because training will be given before and on the job.
Marketing of all leadway assurance products and services.
Reporting of Weekly and monthly activities
IT compliance

Requirements

Minimum requirement - OND
0 - 5 years of work experience.
Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
Teams player and motivator
Ability to work with target and supervision.
An income building job

Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly.

4.) Project Manager

Job Purpose Statement
The responsibilities for this role are as follows:

Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

The role holder has significant influence over the development of the Project Management philosophy at Leadway Holdings.
The role holder will make decisions about projects resourcing, RAG status and reporting

This role has various work cycle and impact grouping:

Daily engagements: This drives tactical execution of the team to meet daily tasks and objectives
Project management: This involves planning, initiating or leading projects that will provide the next phase of growth for the business.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or a related field from a recognized university
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II Practitioner certification is an added advantage

Desired Work Experience:

5-8 years of project management and related experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
