1.) Senior Information Assurance Manager - Business Assurance

 

Location: Nigeria

Purpose of the Job

  • To provide assurance over the effectiveness of controls of the cyber security infrastructure and processes designed to protect information assets against threats and vulnerabilities.

The Job

  • Assist the Head, Risk & Assurance Operations in developing the Information Security Assurance Framework for the group.
  • Perform threat and vulnerability assessments and follow up on the implementation of appropriate remedial action, to ensure systems are protected from known and potential threats and are free from known vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate and Investigate security alerts, intrusion attempts, breaches, incidents, and false alarms across the IT eco-system.
  • Audit process and procedures of internal and external operations to identify risk/non-compliance with defined information security policies, standards and procedures.
  • Conduct network monitoring and intrusion detection analysis using various computer network defense tools, such as intrusion detection/prevention systems, firewalls and host-based security systems.
  • Conduct log-based and endpoint-based threat detection to detect and protect against threats coming from multiple sources.
  • Review network scan reports and follow up on remediation internally.
  • Give advice to management on issues related to information security breaches and immediate/remote causes.
  • Partner with IT infrastructure organization and application teams to ensure a mature information security environment.
  • Research / evaluate emerging cyber security threats and provide recommendations to manage them.
  • Work with external third-party security companies to carry out regular pen testing and internal network audit.
  • Review data on security incidents, non-compliance events and event data to produce monthly exception and management reports.
  • Provide day -to day guidance to the Information Security Assurance Team.
  • Coach and develop Information Security capabilities within the Business Assurance function.

Qualifcations

  • MBA will be a plus.

3.) Forensic Officer - Business Assurance

 

Location: Nigeria

Purpose of the Job

  • To ensure that all the objectives of investigation in the Group are met.

The Job

  • Gather adequate background information on all relevant processes, procedures and policies relevant to the investigation
  • Assist the Forensic Manager to analyse financial data and trace discrepancies
  • Prepare preliminary reports on findings arising from the investigations
  • Complete portions of the investigation working papers & files for review by manager within set period
  • Review assigned financial documents to identify inaccuracies
  • Set up meetings and schedule interview sessions
  • Perform all administrative duties during investigations
  • Maintain the investigation file

4.) Production Officer - PFM

 

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

The Job

    • Organise and coordinate workers (FTE & 3rd Party) and materials for production activities of the assigned shift, to meet up with the production target of the plant.
    • Monitor and ensures the adherence to Standard operating procedures, Good Manufacturing Practice & Good House Keeping during the assigned production shift for delivery of Finished Good which conform with quality standards.
    • Liaise with Maintenance, Quality, RM Store, FG store and other for quick resolution of issues which may affect the production shift from meeting its production target.
    • Implement and monitor compliance level of HSE policies during the assigned production shift and take appropriate measures/actions for a safe working environment in conjunction with the HSE department.

6.) Wartsila Technician

 

Location: Nigeria

Purpose of the Job

  • To ensure service availability, proper operation and maintenance of Wartsila generators and Auxiliaries for smooth supply of power supply to the factory.

The Job

  • Ensure the enforcement of safe conditions within the power plant and  forthright in assessing impact of action on product safety/quality, people's safety, and on the environment regardless of directives.

7.) Mechanical Technician - PFM

 

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

The Job

  • Repair conveyor, Hammer Mill, piping of various size, replace bad bearing, electric motor, valves and boiler system in addition to lubrication of equipment.
  • Check equipment safety, develop template and other work aids to hold and align parts.
  • Undertake regular servicing schedule and carrying out quality inspections.

8.) Learning and Development Specialist

The Job

  • To ensure the provision of highly skilled manpower through the FMN Academy framework. Implement the evolving learning strategy to ensure a capable and motivated workforce and sustain a learning culture.

Duties & Responsibilities
Design & Build Talent Academy:

  • Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of the FMN Academy framework and training curriculum aimed at strengthening FMN Organizational Capability.

  • Phase interventions leveraging innovative and effective learning methodologies & tools to close medium and long-term gaps.

  • Collate and convert Individual development plans into learning interventions working with HRBPs, subject matter experts for different levels of competency proficiencies to close medium- and long-term gap.
