1.) Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

  • We are seeking to engage a competent and experienced Logistics Coordinator. The jobholder will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of a company’s supply chain, from preparation to transportation to delivery.
  • An efficiently run system that maximizes profitability is a key indicator of a successful Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage planning system strategies to improve signals across the supply chain.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics process that capitalizes on risk mitigation opportunities and savings for the business.
  • Build strong supplier/3PL network and relationship that encourages a high level of collaboration and delivery.
  • Identify potential supply chain failures as part of the planning process and mitigate associated risks.
  • Engage in cross-functional and cross-business unit interactions to ensure a dependable and efficient logistics management whilst mitigating mid-term supplier or customer constraints.

  • Analyze & interpret KPIs and operational trends to identify areas for improvement & develop corrective action plans.
  • Ensure data integrity of all analytics and reports.
  • Ensure accurate documentation process and record keeping in compliance to DPS retention policy.
  • Evaluate 3PL’s performance through consistent monitoring of on time pick up, transit time and on time delivery measures, to ensure fulfilment according to published schedule and rated cost.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in logistics operation or a similar position.

Language Proficiency:

  • English (with good communication skills and accurate reporting skills).

Character:

  • Proactive self-starter and pays attention to details.

2.) Senior Accountant

 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Job Description

  • We are seeking to engage a competent Senior Accountant, who will play a team-lead role in ensuring the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of financial reporting processes.
  • This includes preparing monthly management accounts, maintaining general ledgers, coordinating month-end/year-end close procedures, and assisting with audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts for subsidiary entities and support group consolidation.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the company’s financial performance using relevant KPIs.
  • Review and reconcile general ledger entries on the accounting system.
  • Maintain detailed fixed asset register and prepare monthly fixed asset summary schedule.
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure all fixed asset and inventory records are complete and accurate.

  • Prepare and coordinate tasks for audit activities, including statutory audit and tax audit.

  • Manage insurance on fixed asset portfolio including claims process.
  • Supervise and coach junior accountants.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls accountant.

Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines - Accounting or Finance.
  • Chartered accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA) is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in an audit firm will be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS requirements and accounting principles.
  • Proven experience with preparing financial statements and coordinating month-end/year-end close process.

Language Proficiency:

  • English (with good communication skills and accurate reporting skills).

3.) Data Analyst

  • Implementing and using automated tools to extract and analyse data from primary and secondary sources.

5.) Project Engineer
