1.) Human Resource Manager
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom / Lagos
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Manage training and development initiatives by scheduling capacity development workshops for key staffs
- Manage weekly staff KPIs and target evaluation
- Manage and improve communication
- Manage organizational and company culture
- Oversee and manage benefits and compensation
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Providing the necessary IT infrastructure for remote work
- Adapting to new trends and technologies
- Generate the Company’s nominal roll
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.

2.) Chartered Accountant
Job Title: Chartered Accountant
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Reconcile income statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Control the master data of the general register.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Manage the full financial process.
- Prepare an expense budget report.
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with at least 4 years work experience in same capacity.
- Registration with accredited statutory body and association.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Fully compliant as a tax practitioner.
- Filing of corporate tax returns.
- Experience in providing financial advice.

Job Description
- Prospecting and generating new leads (online, networking, events, etc.)
- Responding promptly to inbound enquiries.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs.
- Preparing quotations and reports on marketing activities and budget.
- Guiding prospective clients through the sales process.
- Regular achievement of targets.

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Manager

Job Description
- Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of sales persons.
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
- Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.
- Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required.
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff.
- Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.

5.) Ticketer / Customer Service Officer (x2)
Job Title: Ticketer / Customer Service Officer
Locations: Abuja / Uyo - Akwa Ibom and Lagos
Responsibilities
- Calculate expenses, write and sell ticket to passengers.
- Provide good customer service.
- Rebook tickets and other arrangements.
- Check and validate all passenger payments for tickets/luggage and issue boarding pass.
- Ensure proper documentation and prompt treatment/handling of all customer tickets inquiries.
- Ensure proper and up to date documentation of all customer payments and reconcile with the Finance team.
- Ensure all customer cargo are properly tagged for safety and security purposes.
- Handle boarding announcements and communication of other exceptions promptly to all passengers.
- Ensure feedback is communicated to customers within agreed and set timelines.
- Ensure high standard in all customer correspondences, engaging customers with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring error free and well-informed interactions.
- Liaise/follow up with the relevant units to ensure requests and complaints are treated within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields.
- 2 - 4 years work experience in a related company.
- Ability to make accurate bookings for customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
