1.) Security Guard

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • We are looking for a professional Security Guard to protect our premises, assets and personnel. Successful candidates will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
  • The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.

Responsibilities

  • Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment;
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances;
  • Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property;
  • Apprehend criminals and evict violators;
  • Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences;
  • Report in detail any suspicious incidents;
  • Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
  • Monitor and control access at building entrances.
  • Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position;
  • Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures / protocols
  • Surveillance skills and detail orientation
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Minimum of School Cert.
  • Trained security officer with diploma would be an added advantage.

Location: Abuja

Details
We Are Recruiting to Fill the Position of a Driver in our Organization. The successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Transportation and movement of staff on official assignments;
  • Ensure that the official vehicle assigned to him is properly washed on a daily basis;
  • Ensure that official vehicles assigned are maintained and serviced;
  • Report any issues observed with assigned vehicles in a timely manner.

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE)
  • Proven experience as a company driver or relevant position.
  • Must enjoy driving and be available to work long hours.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-year continuous experience in similar roles.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be conversant with Abuja roads.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to communicate, read and write.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Polite and able to get along with people.
  • Understanding of road usage and road signs.
  • Good time consciousness.
  • Efficiency and time-management.

3.) Bilingual Customer Service Executive (English & French)

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • We are currently looking for a Bilingual Call Centre Agents! The Bilingual (English & French) Call Centre Agent will be responsible for day-to-day customer service responsibilities within our Contact Center
  • Customers are the heart and soul of everything we do at iNterra
  • The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc / B.A / HND in Languages and any Social Science courses
  • S/he must have good understanding of English and French Languages.
  • Must be able to read, speak and write English and French languages.
  • Accurate comprehension, interpretation and capturing of information, accuracy and timely response to calls.
  • Proficient in usage of Microsoft packages.
  • Knowledge of customer service telephony and technology.
  • Little or no experience in contact center or customer service environment would not be a problem.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand individual differences.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Should be able to work Mondays to Fridays and at any other time required.
  • Proficiency in driving Sales will be an added advantage.

Our organization is in need of ICT teachers in some of our facilities. Successful candidates would be saddled with the responsibilities of:

  • Organizing, maintaining and managing class systems and ensure that all are in proper working condition.
  • Teach students and learners to effectively use computers and different computer programs.
  • Guide/train students in usage of basic computer software applications Eg. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Design and develop appropriate computer instructional materials.
  • Manage and monitor student behavior.
  • Initiate and implement systems, procedures and other student management issues.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities in consistence with the student management issues.
  • Conduct group training sessions.
  • Determine and troubleshoot technology services for staff.
  • Measure and evaluate students’ performance on ICT.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with school Management.
  • Integrate special lesson plans with core academic curriculum.
  • Present weekly reports to Management on activities at assigned facilities.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience of teaching ICT at Secondary school level
  • Experience of enhancement of pupil progress gains and raising the attainment and achievement levels of all pupils.
  • Knowledge of current national educational issues.
  • Experience of current assessment practice and the use of data and pupil progress tracking to ensure that all groups of learners achieve success.
  • Experience of implementing strategies used to establish consistently high aspirations in standards of learning engagement and positive pupil behavior.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of how school improvement actions impact on the quality of teaching and learning within the classroom.
  • Basic knowledge of network/security infrastructure.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience to carry out the responsibilities of a teacher in relation to planning, delivering and assessing the National Curriculum across the secondary phase
  • Able to assess pupils’ learning needs and to teach mixed ability pupils within the same class/cohort/group and provide differentiated work to accelerate their progress
  • Should be able to demonstrate high quality, creative and innovative classroom practice to engage, motivate and inspire pupils.
  • Ability to promote learning and enhance skills beyond the curriculum and the classroom.
  • Ability to use effectively a variety of teaching and learning styles to enhance teaching, including a wide range of ICT resources.
