1.) Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Identifies and cultivates prospects and / or clients.
- Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
- Leads new business meetings and closes sales to institutional investors and consultants.
- Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.
- Develops and maintains relationships with pension consultants.
- Assists in the development and launching of new products.
- Acts as a liaison to the investment management groups to ensure active, enthusiastic support of the sales and marketing process.

3.) Payroll Officer
Location: Ikotun, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Compute and prompt processing of casual payments; overtime time payment
- Serves as the primary point of contact for payroll matters and liaise with other departments and individuals on operational and ERP matters concerning the Payroll
- Manages severance pay and other benefits for exiting employees.
- Compute staff salaries and benefits.
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports, e.g., overtime, leave balances, headcount, and Pension contribution reports are accurate)
- Ensure prompt statutory remittances of pension, tax and national insurance payments and other deductions like IOUs, Loans etc. Filing of statutory payment for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration / Accounting
- 1-2 years cognate experience in Payroll Processing.

- Shampoo, cut, dye and style hair. Apply chemicals to change texture of hair.
- Work with razors, trimmers and other implements to achieve desired looks
- Give clients advice on how to maintain a hairstyle or look
- Style clients' hair for special events such as weddings and photo shoots
- Order and maintain supplies for hair styling and coloring
- Ensure work areas are clean and in alignment with applicable health and safety regulations.
Requirements

- The successful candidate should have broad knowledge and specialized experience in construction of large prefabricated structures, pharmaceutical clean rooms, production factories, airport terminals/hangers, porta cabins for site offices, labour camps and commercial housing developments, poultry hatcheries, cold rooms, abattoirs, telecom base shelters and warehouse structures.
- He/She should be well connected and respected at the highest levels of government, civil societies and private sector.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the General Manager include but not limited to the following:
Specific Roles:
- Overseeing all aspects of an insulated metal sandwich panel business, selling PUR & PIR insulated panels.
- Handles the Manufacturing and sales of PUR / PIR insulated metal sandwich panels in the two plants.
- Responsible for leading quality initiatives, obtaining product and system certification, and marketing initiatives.
- Handles Sandwich panel, cladding business, metroco roof and rock wool projects to achieve schedule requirement on all Process.
- Overall supervision of all in-house assembling line facility to produce massive scale large insulated sandwich panel, made with polyurethane foam, for commercial projects and low cost housing using modular building technology and pre- engineered system.
- Drive the marketing and generate sales lead of all our sandwich panel, Rockwool, cladding business, etc.
- Handles the installation, quality and safety aspects of all equipment.
- Overall supervision of discontinue and continue production lines with people with little or no experience.
- Responsible for installation of continue production line machines.
- Maintain our machines and negotiate with companies from Turkey for new machines and profiles.
- Responsible to improve manufactured products and investigation of customer complaints.
- Directs the production and the design of all Lange and Grants PUR/PIR insulated panels.

- Develop and implement the short- and long-term strategies and comprehensive business plans aligned with the vision and mission of the organization to achieve profitable business growth.
