1.) IT Site Operations Manager
Job Title: IT Site Operations Manager
Location: Ijora, Lagos

Job Description
- An IT Site Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure and services at a specific location or site.
- This role involves a wide range of tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing local network configurations, ensuring data security, and providing end-user support.
Main Responsibilities
IT Operations Management (ITOP):
- Oversee the daily operations of IT services and infrastructure at the site, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
- Implement best practices for IT operations, adhering to ITIL or similar frameworks for effective service management.
Service Level Management (SLMO):
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services against agreed service levels and performance metrics.
- Work with IT service providers and internal teams to ensure that IT services meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.
Incident and Problem Management (USUP, PBMG):
- Ensure rapid response and resolution of IT incidents, minimizing impact on business operations.
- Lead the identification and resolution of underlying problems to prevent recurrence of incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous. with a proven track record in managing IT services and infrastructure.
- Proven Experience in FMCG business.
- Professional Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or higher, indicating a strong understanding of IT operations best practices.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can be beneficial, showcasing skills in managing IT projects.
- Technical Certifications relevant to the organization’s IT infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) demonstrate hands-on skills and knowledge in specific technologies.

2.) Business Intelligence Manager

- The main purpose of the BI Developer Manager role is to lead and oversee a team of BI developers and analysts in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making within the organization.

3.) Maintenance Planner
Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing and executing the maintenance strategy relating to production lines, drives innovation and improvement of lines, manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.
Responsibilities
- Establishes, monitors and reinforces control on maintenance strategy execution
- Actively participates in organization and scheduling of annual overhaul of production lines and facilities
- Improves efficiencies by increasing preventative maintenance across the plant and to minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.
- Ensures optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventory management
- Schedules routine maintenance activities taking into consideration production program and monitors execution (using SAP where appropriate)
- Carries out root cause analysis on breakdowns
- Evaluates effectiveness of corrective actions using all available data
Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 3 - 5 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
- Experienced in budgeting and people management
- Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety
- Operational planning expertise/experience
- Must Possess CMRP CERTIFICATION or similar Engineering certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning & implementation.
- Previous new equipment or line installation or extension could be an advantage.
- Understanding of business case/cost benefits analysis preparation and basic financial analysis tools.
- Good understanding and experience of current WC manufacturing methodologies.
- Good understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.
- Good understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards.

4.) Utility Manager (x2)
Job Title: Utility Manager
Locations: Lagos and Enugu

Position Overview
- He/ She is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment at the utility equipment steam boilers, generators, air compressors, power distribution equipment, water treatment plant, effluent treatment plant etc. to ensure quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manages Utility equipment like steam boilers, generators, aircompressors, power distribution equipment, water treatment plant, effluent treatment plant etc. to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain all equipment under utilities to ensuring availability and reliability minimizing down time.
- Maintain and operate the CO2 plant and associated supply networks points as per specification.
- Carry out equipment monitoring as per checklist, document findings and recommend actions to be taken. Write equipment shift operation report.
- Lubricate equipment as specified in the lubrication chart and documentation. Clean and wash all stains on equipment after lubrication
- Ensure the compliance to good manufacturing practice, food safety practice, good environmental management system, and occupational health and safety practices in all line activities.
- Monitor and ensure CCPs critical limits are not exceeded at the Dominik Hunter and Filler. Monitoring of control points, PRPs and oPRPs in beverage manufacture process to prevent food safety related hazards.
- Perform condition-based maintenance on all utility equipment using CMMS. (SAP-PM).
Qualifications
- A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 - 7 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company in a managerial capacity.
- Experienced in budgeting and people management

5.) Electrical Technician

- We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out feasibility studies for new electrical projects
- Install new electrical systems and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Repair faulty electrical components and equipment, ensuring they meet safety standards.

- We are currently recruiting for Territory Development Manager who will be accountable for the daily sales execution and management of TDOs /TDEs within assigned territory towards the actualization of the overall sales target.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sustained growth of SBC’s market share in key SKUs within assigned territory.
- Recognize opportunities to continually increase SBC’s market share through identification of untapped channels and new routes, understanding of customer business drivers, and new product launch.
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to continuously build brand development and maximise brand performance.
- Identify potential sales risks, opportunities, and misses for the distributor(s), communicate accordingly, and recommend solutions.
- Responsible for the territory’s sales tracking and numeric distribution to achieve planned objectives.
