1.) Sales Executive (Kia Motors)

Job Title: Sales Executive (Kia Motors)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and promoting the KIA brand through outstanding service and professionalism.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, smart, goal driven, open to learning, persuasive, and result-driven, with a passion for customer satisfaction and automotive excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Provide prompt feedback onmarket trends.
  • Record and monitor the progress of all sales enquiries
  • Participate actively in sales promotional campaigns and marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold brand service standards.
  • Adhere strictly to company price policies and discount guidelines.
  • Maintain and regularly update the customer database.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers and finance companies for necessary approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of proven experience in automobile sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.

2.) Car Dealership Development Manager

Job Title: Car Dealership Development Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Monitor dealership and distribution sales performance, providing data-driven insights and support for improvement.
  • Conduct sales forecasting, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive growth in dealer sales, market share, and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Maximize average deal value and overall sales effectiveness across the channel.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of automotive dealerships, distributors, and resellers.
  • Monitor dealer and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and drive adoption of new vehicle models or services.
  • Identify and pursue new channel growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and ensure channel readiness.
  • Manage and resolve channel conflicts while ensuring adherence to program guidelines.
  • Monitor rep retention within partner organizations to ensure channel stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales, channel management, or dealership development (preferably in automotive or related sectors).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and align diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.

Job Title: Logistics Officer (Dana Motors)

Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure all procurement activities align with company requirements and financial policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle duty certificates.
  • Ensure timely submission of all narrative and financial reports.
  • Take stock of vehicles and manage vehicle key inventory.
  • Input vehicle information into warranty systems.
  • File and manage vehicle documentation, including vehicle transfers.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date stock reports.
  • Carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • HND, B.Sc. in supply chain management, Business Admin or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
  • Experience: 1 – 3.
