1.) Sales Force Effectiveness Executive, West Africa

Job Purpose
- As a Sales Force Effectiveness Executive, you will be responsible for planning, reporting, and tracking sales process optimization and G2N monitoring.
- You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are reported within the organization.
- You will compile sales data to enable the organization make timely and effective commercial decisions
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis of performance data, and sales activities to support recommendations to the sales management teams for the development and improvement of sales team performance.
- Tracks and reports key performance indicators via data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations
- Prepares required reports periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and supports the business with ad hoc reporting
- Monitoring the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales team
- Generate recommendations to the sales management teams to develop and improve performance of sales teams.
- Support with the definition, implementation, monitoring and reporting of incentive schemes for field teams and distributors.
- Develop and drive Segmentation & Targeting based on sources of appropriate data across all areas of stakeholder engagement to support the evolution of business.
- Analyze and plan business initiatives including toolkits for customer profiling, KPIs monitoring and execution excellence.
- Coordination with other internal stakeholders like demand planning, Finance, Supply, marketing, and trade marketing
- Providing timely and actionable analysis on sales performance
- Track competition strategy, plans & products and provide insights to management
- Embed Global toolkits from Commercial Execution program.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
- University Undergraduate Degree
- Relevant 3-5 years’ experience in sales force effectiveness or business/sales analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of forecasting/tracking tools, databases, and PC access tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, project management skills
- High level of computer literacy with in-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and mapping packages; experience with databases
- Experience with targeting, segmentation exercises and working with MS office applications, analytical tools, CRM (Salesforce, OCE, Veeva) and other data sources.
- Hands-on business analytical experience
- Good at communication and influence skills and be comfortable to drive changes
- Fluent in English

- Determining and managing product launches and relaunches, monitoring the brands’ sales performance and market share through the whole year.
- Preparing an annual situational analysis to identify Drivers of Growth or a Pre-Launch Plan and developing a plan to deliver Drivers of Growth/Pre-Launch Plan in line with the Brand Ambition in order to reach sales and value share goals.
- Execute in-market new product launches brilliantly leveraging Area launch models with local adaptation where needed.
- Model GSK values & behaviors and compliance with all GSK codes of practice
- Executing consumer and market researches for in depth consumer understanding; analyzing and evaluating the results and transforming the outcomes into strategies &actions.
- Implementing action plan by tracking brand performance and monitoring market dynamics and competitor activities by reviewing and analyzing IMS, Nielsen Retail Audit, SOV data and Monthly Sales Reviews.

3.) Record 2 Report Analyst

Job Purpose
- As a Record to Report Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely processing of Record to Report transactions, Inventory management, Fixed Assets management and Accuracy of Financial reporting.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Ensure proper monitoring of finished goods movements and reconcile/investigate any discrepancies.
- Ensure adequate engagement of all parties in periodic stock verification exercise and reconciliations with supporting documents.
- Maintain and keeping proper record of Goods in Transit (Local/Imported) and timely escalation for identified discrepancies.
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining proper and accurate records of Goods receipts and issuance and take proper record of damaged stocks
- Preparing month end schedules for all inventory accounts for all entities
- Manage the asset register for all entities and update with additions, disposals, and transfer.
- Monthly reconciliation of fixed asset master records to General Ledger for Statutory and Tax purposes.
- Manage Asset capitalisation process for all entities.
- Prepare timely submission of monthly depreciation schedules and execute on ERP.
- Balance sheet account review and compliance.
- Bison submission for Nigeria Entities.
- Support in the timely month end reporting activities.
- Support the development of robust internal control framework through participation in Management Monitoring reviews, Prompt response to and closure of identified CAPA’s in areas under own responsibility.
Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting.
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant previous experience in General ledger reporting and inventory management.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) will be an added advantage.
