Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing members to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects member's information in the database to the field sales agents
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go “one more” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Listen to the members’ needs to generate repeat sales.

2.) Data Entry Analyst / Specialist

Job Description
- As a data entry analyst, your primary responsibilities will be to interpret the information in databases and help upper-level management make informed decisions regarding business goals.
Key Responsibility
- Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources

3.) Office Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shopping
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition, budgets and arrange necessary repairs
- Organize office operations and procedures and oversee general office operations
- Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Provide general support to visitors/members
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
