1.) IT Security Manager
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

About the Position
- We are seeking an IT Security Manager to report to the Head, IT and Operations.
- You will be instrumental in the design and enforce policies and procedures that protect our organization's computing infrastructure from all forms of security breaches.
In this role, you will
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to maintain and improve the security posture of Business and IT.
- Develop appropriate measures to understand the effectiveness of securing the bank through the availability of systems.
- Perform monitoring via the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool as well as from external sources (e.g. telephone or email).
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to secure our computing infrastructure.
- Monitoring network usage to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Keeping up to date with developments in IT security standards and threats.
- Performing penetration tests to find any flaws.
- Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage.
- Educating colleagues about security software and best practices for information security.
- Responsibility of identification, measurement, assessment and reporting of IT risk - Second Line of Defence (2LOD)
- Responsible for the Digital Access Management regarding all used Applications (Such as Core-banking Systems)
- Incident response / support of IT Teams during security related incidents.
- Assessment of Key Risk Indicators to identify and migrate appropriate actions in close collaboration with the Head of IT (1LOD)
- Maintenance of the Information Security Framework and underlying policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Ideally, you will have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant IT Security related qualifications, for example MCSE, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCISO or others.
- 5 Years’ experience in identical role, configuration, optimization, and security monitoring of incident handling to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets
- 3 Years’ experience in TCP/IP, HTTP, network access controls, security principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of standards associated with the role, e.g. ISO, CobiT, ITIL.

2.) Treasury Associate
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

The Position
- The Treasury Associate will be responsible for providing accounting and technical support for all treasury tasks.
- This person will work closely with the Treasury Manager on investment decision making, ensure liquidity optimization and cash flow is efficiently forecasted.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily liquidity report and ensure compliance with regulatory ratios
- Assist in the preparation of ALCO report and monthly proofs of Treasury bills & Placements
- Assist in the execution of all liquidity management and reporting tasks
- Management of LCY & FCY exposure, remittances and reconciliation thereof
- Daily Cash flow management and post entries for treasury transactions
- Conduct a periodic rate survey and market intelligence to aid cost of funds management
- Reconciliation of customers deposit to aid CBN monthly reports

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Treasury/ALM or Finance Operations

3.) Regulatory Reporting Associate
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

The Position
The Regulatory Reporting Associate is responsible for filing of tax returns and all statutory regulatory compliance. In this role you will:
- Prepare monthly and annual tax returns together with the relevant schedules and tax computations, estimates and accruals
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personal income tax (PAYE) and tax returns (State WHT, Federal WHT, VAT, NSITF, ITF and NHF)
- Review current and deferred tax provisions and proofing of PAYE payable and staff cost GLs (monthly and year-to-date)
- Legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations and oversee tax and other related regulatory audits of the Bank
- Ensure accurate deduction and timely remittance of pension deductions for all staff of the bank
- Oversee the continuous improvement of tax accounting and reporting and the development of the finance team with the goal to achieve best practice
- Play an active role in compiling information for CBN Returns while providing accounting support to the financial reporting unit.

- B.Sc. Degree in Accounting
- Relevant professional qualifications - ICAN or ACCA or CIMA
- 4+ years’ experience with at least 2 years’ experience in tax with the big 4 accounting firms or any reputable tax firm
- Relationship with the tax authorities and experience in tax audits is a plus

4.) Credit Analyst
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

The Position
- The Credit Analyst is saddled with the responsibility of evaluating financial information and risks prior to granting loans to businesses or individuals.
- You will assess information provided by potential borrowers, such as their financial liabilities, credit history, employment and income, to calculate the risks of extending credit to loan applicants.

- First payment default - Underwriter must ensure proper scrutiny of documents and a minimal likelihood of First payment default
