1.) Legal Advisor

Job Title: Legal Advisor

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a legal powerhouse with experience in property law, contracts, and compliance to secure all land, client, and partner transactions.Ā 
  • You will Build legally sound real estate deals that stand the test of time.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and MOUs, lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national real estate laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Advise on legal risks and recommend strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel as needed.
  • Conduct due diligence for property transactions, including title verification and zoning compliance.
  • Manage and resolve legal disputes, including representing the company in court or coordinating with external counsel.
  • Monitor changes in real estate laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
  • Assist in drafting internal policies and procedures related to legal compliance.
  • Provide legal support for financing and investment activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL. B) from a recognized university; BL qualification required.
  • Minimum of [4-6] years of post-qualification experience, preferably in real estate or property law.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

Job Title: Acountant

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire an Accountant who will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.
  • This role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing financial reports, overseeing budgets, fundraising and ensuring timely tax and statutory filings.

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Monitor company budgets and report on variances.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Ensure timely remittance and documentation of taxes such as VAT, WHT, PAYE, and other statutory deductions.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor financial transactions and conduct periodic reviews to ensure proper recording.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Architect

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and present conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs
  • Effectively communicate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with developers, project managers, and consultants to align designs with project requirements and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings for residential, commercial, and institutional project
  • Prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of building projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and project requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

  • 2 – 5 years proven experience as an Architect, preferably in a real estate firm
  • Professional registration or license as an Architect
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projectexperience

  • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
