1.) Admin Manager

Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Lagos

Reports to: Director of Administration
Department: Admin

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Manager supervises the company’s Admin operations and leads the support staff team.
  • A critical element of this position is identifying key areas of improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Success in this role will be exhibited by the timely and efficient delivery of all Admin work, enabling the company to meet its goals and objectives.

Duties / Responsiblities

  • Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
  • Administers use of facilities, equipment and space, maintains and repairs all existing facilities and equipment.
  • Manage and coordinate all protocols and services for the staff and guests
  • Coordinate and manage the company vehicles and drivers
  • Coordinate and manage staff itineraries, visa applications, flight itineraries, hotel reservations etc.
  • Manage and ensure the company’s properties- offices, guest houses and apartments are in good condition always.
  • Coordinates and assembles confidential information.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
  • Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Purchase new materials as needed
  • Collecting, organizing and storing information using computers and filing systems
  • Overseeing and tracking the progress of special projects towards company goals
  • Organize management meetings, other official meetings of the company and entertainment.
  • Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
  • Any other job that might be assigned by the Director of Administration

Experience & Qualification

  • HND or B.Sc. in any Business Administration, or equivalent in a relevant field
  • A higher degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Senior Administration role
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to work late hours and multi-task.

2.) Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant

Location: Enugu

Reports to: Senior Financial Accountant

Job Summary

  • The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable cycle.
  • This includes verifying and processing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, reconciling statements, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • In an airline environment, this role ensures all operational vendors including fuel suppliers, maintenance providers, and airport authorities are paid accurately and in accordance with contractual terms.

Duties / Responsiblities
Invoice Processing:

  • Receive, review, and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and contracts.
  • Ensure correct coding and cost center allocation (e.g., by aircraft, route, or station).
  • Perform three-way matching of invoice, purchase order, and receipt. Payments
  • Prepare and schedule vendor payments (ACH, wire transfers, cheques).
  • Ensure timely payments and capture early payment discounts.
  • Handle urgent or ad-hoc payment requests (e.g., AOG – aircraft on ground scenarios).

Vendor Management:

  • Maintain up-to-date vendor records and payment terms.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Liaise with procurement and operational departments to verify services rendered

Reconciliations and Reporting:

  • Reconcile AP sub-ledger to general ledger balances monthly.
  • Generate AP aging reports and support cash flow forecasting.
  • Record accruals for unbilled services at month-end.

Compliance and Controls:

  • Ensure all payments are authorized in line with the company’s delegation ofauthority.
  • Assist with audit requests and ensure documentation is filed properly.
  • Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by your Line Manager.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • ACA, ACCA, is a must.
  • 4 -6 years of relevant accounting experience (aviation industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and general accounting principles
  • Minimum 3–4 years of accounts payable experience (aviation or transport industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with aviation-specific payables (fuel, maintenance, airport fees) is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Odoo or similar).
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation templates).
  • Good communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal departments.
  • Experience working with multi-currency transactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Duties/Responsiblities
Procurement and Inventory Management:

  • Purchase and maintain adequate stock levels of stationery, office supplies, and other materials.
  • Monitor and record usage to ensure optimal levels.
