Job Description

  • To assist clients in the Private Banking Suite with their service requests, complaints and queries in order to deliver a positive client experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess client service requirements and resolve accordingly or routes them to the appropriate person or department for resolution
  • Issue Debit cards, Credit Cards, pre-paid cards and Personal Identification Number (PIN) codes as per set procedure.
  • Generate lead, build new and/or maintains existing customer relationships for walk-in clients.
