1.) Territory Sales Manager
Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Purpose
- Work with the Distributor/Distributor sales team to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned territory.
- Must be able to influence, inspire and drive performance without having direct management responsibility for distributor staff
Context / Scope
- A key contributor to the success of the PZ Cussons commercial strategic plan with an effective and flexible field sales force; demonstrating industry leadership in both volume driving & brand building activity.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell-out, Focus Brands, NPD listing, POP deployment, promotions etc.)
- Implement outlet coverage strategy in assigned territory, enlist and keep updated database of relevant outlets.
- Achieve sales drivers (Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Price/promotion) objectives for the territory.
- Manage and review the activities of the Secondary Sales Force in assigned territory
- Work with Area Sales Manager to develop Joint Business Plan of customers in assigned territory.
- Monitor and manage execution of all Promotional /launch/ agencies activities in assigned territory.
- Lead Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.
Measurement / Performance Indicators
- Target vs. Actual monthly/yearly performance (sell-out,e, KPIs
- Timely and quality of execution of trade and marketing activities in assigned territory)
- Implementation of Territory Coverage Strategy

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed
Qualifications:
- First Degree in any discipline
- Computer Literacy.
Experiences (What experience brings success to this role):
- Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
- Direct experience of PZ Cussons Way of selling capabilities with a focus on Sales Driver execution at the point of purchase (QDVP), Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships including structured call, persuasive selling and brand passion.
Knowledge (What does the person need to know):

Job Purpose

3.) Laboratory Analyst

- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of all analysis performed and results.
- Physical and chemical analysis of water, competitor’s samples, raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products vis-à-vis the packaging materials based on agreed schedule.
- Maintenance of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) with regards to handling of equipment, chemicals/reagents, work bench, equipment cleaning and maintenance, laboratory personnel outlook, handling of workbooks and laboratory environment.
- Proper inventory of laboratory chemicals and consumables.
- Maintain clean and updated record of calibration of relevant equipment.

- Proper record of chemicals and consumables’ intake and consumption should be kept.
Required Qualifications
- HND / BSc Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, SLT.
Required Experience:
- Very good computer skills (especially Excel, word, power-point, and access packages)
- 2 - 3 years experience
- Proven work experience as a Laboratory Analyst or similar role in a laboratory

Department Strategic Objectives
- To meet plan achievement of Supply Chain products for the financial year by delivering required quantity and quality of bleached oil blends at the right time and location.
- To achieve and sustain world-class quality of Supply Chain products
- To achieve and sustain world-class factory standard
- To participate in constantly improving bleaching plants systems and processes.
Job Purpose
- To coordinate, control and manage bleached oil filtration activities.
Principal Accountability
Maintains and sustains quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Activities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the required quantity of oil bleached is filtered to the required quality standard without earth passage.
- Ensure compliance to all Business Unit SOP’s and SOC’s (Standard Operating Conditions) and that all operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety standards and provisions.
- Undertake washing of PLF floor, heel drop area and other housekeeping activities.
- Changing damaged PLF ‘O’-ring(s) and assisting the PMT in the coupling of the PLF after fixing the leaves.
- Drenching the spent earth to prevent incident of fire or fire outbreak.
- Documenting all his operations as is required and necessary.
- Performing other tasks and activities as could be delegated by his supervisor.
- Ensure investigation and correction of deviations in process behaviour. Escalate issues to get prompt attention whenever necessary.
- Understand roles and responsibilities and the importance of conformity with the EMS requirements.
- Implements and complies with EMS requirements relating to environmental aspects and impacts and other policies, procedures and /or regulations applicable to assigned jobs.
- Avoid Spillages when handling raw materials and semi-finished goods.
Performance Indicators
- Level of oil redness, yellow and blue compared to the quality specification.
Required Qualifications
- NABTEB / OND / HND / BSc Degree.

- Minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience in a similar position
- Ability to withstand stress and work under pressure.

- Supporting PZCN board and committee meetings;

- Establishing and managing relationships with PZCN retail and top shareholders;
- Monitoring PZCN share register movements;
- Provision of subsidiary company secretarial services, corporate governance, transaction advisory, compliance with statutory filings;
Legal & compliance:
- Provison of legal advisory services to ensure that the companies and their subsidiaries are compliant with applicable laws; management of litigation and disputes; advising on complex commercial contracts and managing legal risks;
- Ensure compliance with data protection including Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR);
- Ensure the company’s Code of Ethical Conduct policies are embedded and complied with and investigations are conducted appropriately;
- Protect our IP portfolio in Africa, working with the PZC group head of intellectual property;
- Establish and manage relatonships with government departments and regulators including the CAC, SEC, NGX, NAFDAC and NOTAP.

Qualifications / Skills Requirements
- B.L, LL.B
- Membership of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN) or other qualification as required by CAMA 2020
- Be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint (Good Presentation Skills)
- 8+ years’ work experience as a practicing lawyer
- Previous experience inhouse highly desirable
- Previous experience with an international company, or working internationally, beneficial
