10.) Quality Assurance Analyst

Responsibilities
- In charge of all Quality Control activities cutting across in-coming material quality inspection, in process checks, results from the laboratory and final packaging quality of finished goods.
- Coordinates the general audit of refinery processes, production processes and packing hall processes in accordance with Good advisory or directly responsible for the outcome Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO 9001:2015 to ensure consistent quality of products from batch to batch. Conduct full investigation on all market complaints and coordinate market survey on PZ Wilmar and competition brands.
- Coordinates the Quality assurance technicians in the full coverage of the entire manufacturing processes by monitoring and controlling of the quality of intermediates and finished products.
- Review of manufacturing batch records and Lot packaging records to ensure complete documentation is in place at all time.
- Compile all generated routine QA compliance shift reports and communicates all noncompliance observations, the corrective action taken and communication of all production reports as regards to quality.
- Implement withdrawal of retain samples for storage to ensure representative retention of Products before the expiry of such products and ensuring full inventory management of retained samples with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Partake in all troubleshooting activities that may occur on production lines to ensure that the root cause is identified and solution found without compromising quality.
- Oversees the general quality inspection of finished goods/raw materials in the warehouse and other storage rooms to ensure finished goods/raw materials are kept at specified storage conditions.
- Monitor and coordinate Quality Transactions of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods from different location on MFG-Pro.
- Conduct 3rd part audit for all suppliers, as well as validation of suppliers.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Science, Food Science & Technology and Laboratory Technology would be preferable.
