1.) Treasury Manager
Job Title: Treasury Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Banking relationship for PZ Wilmar
- Ensure Bank Facility, renewal process is completed as at when due and all necessary documents provided with agreed term after clearance from Wilmar & PZ.
- Assist in getting Form M application & approvals as per Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or’ any other authority’s guidance.
- Get LCs opened in line with Limit balance.
- Monitor Import documentation (ED” etc.) to ensure compliance to various process, guidelines, regulations etc.
- Manage all front treasury operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
Checks & Controls:
- Verify various bank charges/ interest are in accordance with rate agreed with bank.
- Act initiate action to control/ reduce these costs.
- Have a control over various Form M/LC issued and regular review of the same.
- Reconciliation of Bid account, Forward coverage etc. and presenting this to Finance Controller/ Finance Director as needed.
- Sharing various treasury reports as & when needed.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Accounting or other related course
- Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)/ ACCA
- Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
Technical/Professional Experience:
- 3-4 years’ work experience
- Working knowledge SAP
- Good knowledge of Banking & Treasury.

2.) Van Sales Representative

About the job
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Kaduna for immediate hiring.
- The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and building relationships with customers.
- Daily tasks include visiting retail outlets, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
- The role also includes route planning and execution of promotional activities to drive sales growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- HND or equivalent. Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in a direct sales or Van Sales Role.

3.) Sales Supervisor

- Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell in, sell out, Focus Category, NPD listing and promotions)
- Achieve sales drivers’ objectives for the territory viz (Distribution, Visibility, Price and Promotion)
- Managing territories with potential to deliver a minimum of 1B per annum
- Plan to deliver customer based and territory based agreed sales (NIV and Category) targets periodically and ensuring a MoM and YoY growth
- Analyse and review distributors’ performance against agreed KPIs
- Work with the ZM to develop JBP of customers in assigned territory
- Ensure bi-weekly stock taking in other to protect company resources
- Tracking of distributor performance payments (including posting and matching), monthly account reconciliation/signing off, repayment plans linked to capability development
- Ensure collection of outstanding debt within stipulated time frame and accompanying same with sell-in of depleted SKUs
- Adherence to monthly journey plan for customers’ contact and engagement
- Ensure compliance with retail operating standards in all showrooms
- Organize and coordinate activities of floor sales merchandizers
- Implement strict credit control for Key distributors and ensure purchases are made within approved credit limit
- Accountable for POS materials and other sales driving materials deployed to territory through monitoring to ensure safe keeping and optimal use.
- Actively lead or participate in Quality Management System implementation and sustenance in all assigned duties.
- Ensure no waste of resources or pollution of the environment while fulfilling assigned responsibilities.
- Ensure safety management sustenance.

4.) Territory Sales Manager - Kebbi and Lagos

Job Purpose
- Work with the Distributor/Distributor sales team to deliver agreed business objectives within assigned territory.
- Must be able to influence, inspire and drive performance without having direct management responsibility for distributor staff
Context / Scope
- A key contributor to the success of the PZ Cussons commercial strategic plan with an effective and flexible field sales force; demonstrating industry leadership in both volume driving & brand building activity.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory (Sell-out, Focus Brands, NPD listing, POP deployment, promotions etc.)
- Implement outlet coverage strategy in assigned territory, enlist and keep updated database of relevant outlets.
- Achieve sales drivers (Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Price/promotion) objectives for the territory.
- Manage and review the activities of the Secondary Sales Force in assigned territory
- Work with Area Sales Manager to develop Joint Business Plan of customers in assigned territory.
- Monitor and manage execution of all Promotional /launch/ agencies activities in assigned territory.
- Lead Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.
