1.) Internal Auditor
Job Title: Internal Auditor
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Conduct regular financial and operational audits.
- Evaluate internal control systems.
- Review financial records, transactions, and reports for accuracy and compliance
- Identify risks and inefficiencies in business processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and food industry standards
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
- Perform inventory audits.
Experience
- 2 - 3 years of auditing or accounting experience (advantage if experienced in food service, or FMCG sectors).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of auditing standards and financial regulations
- Familiarity with accounting software

4.) Mixiologist / Bartender
Job Title: Mixiologist / Bartender

Responsibilities
- Monitors and manages the ordering of all beer, wine, spirits, and bar tools and equipment
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents , costing and preparation methods
- Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
- Ensure that appropriate stock/par level of all bar items is constantly maintained
- Utilize appropriate stemware/glassware as required by company standards, polish glassware, stock bar supplies to par levels
- Create and push the limits of what mixed drinks can be
- Have great knowledge of alcohol and alcohol history
- Use one’s expert knowledge to create innovative drinks and cocktails that explore the boundaries of flavors

5.) Head of Kitchen Operations
Job Title: Head of Kitchen Operations

Duties and responsibilities
While Kitchen Managers are responsible for a variety of managerial tasks, common duties include:
- Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
- Hiring new staff and providing training to facilitate quick acclimation
- Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
- Working with the Head Chef to develop and maintain the restaurant menu

Job Summary
- Sous Chef Responsible for food preparation and general kitchen sanitation. Must have advanced knowledge of kitchen equipment, including knife handling.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage store Inventory & handle sales cash;
- Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stock at all times;

- Check incoming materials for quality against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
