1.) Business Sales Assistant

Job Title: Business Sales Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Business Sales Assistant, you will support regional sales activities and ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the regional implementation of new policies and initiatives.
  • Maintaining records of display phones and organizing routine display checks.
  • Coordinating opening stock documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Reconciling outstanding display phone arrears and updating records.
  • Calculating rebates and sales incentives.
  • Facilitating the warranty card process efficiently.
  • Communicating official updates to the sales team and collecting field feedback.
  • Handling DMS-related activations and resolutions across the region.
  • Managing and maintaining all regional sales and operations data files.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced Data Analyst with strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Team player with excellent communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.

2.) Employee Documentation Officer (Female)

Job Title: Employee Documentation Officer (Female)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant (Employee Documentation Officer) to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing employee records using digital platforms.
  • Maintain and update employee records using DingTalk and Document Management Systems (DMS).
  • Support daily HR administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and exit procedures.
  • Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and contract status.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation in line with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar HR
  • Strong knowledge and experience using DingTalk App and DMS is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proximity to Ogba or surrounding areas is highly preferred.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.

  • Maintain accurate records, including personnel files, attendance, and administrative documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Process expense reports and track budgets in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Provide general office support such as photocopying, scanning, and document management.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and special projects.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Female is preferred for Gende Balance

N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
