Job Summary
- As a Service Administrator fluent in both spoken and written Spanish, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our service department and ensuring seamless communication with Spanish-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- You will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient service operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
- Translate documents, emails, and other communications from Spanish to English and vice versa as needed.
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician assignments.
