1.) Internal Controls Officer
Job Title: Internal Controls Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce internal control frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Bank policies and processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk, fraud, or non-compliance.
- Perform internal process assessment / reviews as per defined frequencies (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) to assess the reliability and accuracy of financial transactions and operational information.

- Process Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to ensure they are efficient and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
- Control Testing: Test the effectiveness of operational controls, such as segregation of duties, authorization procedures, and physical security measure2.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate operational incidents, such as process failures or breaches, and recommend corrective actions.
- Internal Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with operational policies and procedures and ensure that all departments adhere to established standards.
- IT Control Assessments: Assess the effectiveness of IT controls, including access controls, data integrity, and system security.
- Cybersecurity process reviews: Conduct independent assessment of cybersecurity measures to protect against data breaches and cyber threats.
- System Implementation Reviews: Review new technology implementations to ensure they include adequate controls and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Change Management: Oversee the change management process to ensure that all changes to IT systems are properly authorized, tested, and documented.
- Financial Reporting Controls: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting by implementing and testing controls over financial transactions and reporting processes1.
- Reconciliation Processes: independently perform intra-day and inter-day reconciliation of specific GLs to ensure that all financial records are accurate and have supporting instructions.
- Perform fraud risk assessments, implement and monitor controls to detect and prevent financial fraud, such as unauthorized transactions or misappropriation of assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, PRM, FRM are preferred.
- Professional Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in internal auditing, internal controls, or risk management roles within a bank, Fintech or an audit firm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

N300,000 / Month.

2.) Finance Officer
Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements.
- Manage daily financial operations, including payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Monitor cashflow and advise management on financial risks and opportunities.
- Support internal and external audit activities and ensure full compliance with audit requirements.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and statutory regulations (FIRS, PAYE, VAT, WHT).
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Support procurement and expenditure control processes to ensure value for money.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a finance officer or similar role.
- Strong financial analysis capability.
- Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent cashflow management skills.
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation abilities.
- Good understanding of tax laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Net Monthly.

3.) Billing Support Officer
Job Title: Billing Support Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Support billing operations through accurate data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Generate and present insightful reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless billing.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Assist in improving billing workflows and enhancing overall process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

5.) HMO Provider Management Officer
Job Title: HMO Provider Management Officer
Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the HMO network.
- Conduct provider onboarding, credentialing, and periodic re-credentialing.
- Monitor provider performance, service quality, and adherence to HMO policies and SLAs.
- Handle provider complaints, escalations, and resolution of service-related issues.
- Negotiate provider contracts, tariffs, and service agreements in line with company policies.
- Carry out regular provider visits, audits, and assessments across Lagos.
- Review and validate provider bills, utilization reports, and service delivery records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Claims, Medical, Customer Service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate provider records and generate periodic management reports.
- Ensure compliance with NHIA (formerly NHIS) and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Medical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in an HMO, healthcare facility, or provider management role.
- Strong understanding of HMO operations and healthcare provider networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and manage multiple providers effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Nigeria is an added advantage.
Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
