1.) Automation Engineer

Job Title: Automation Engineer

Location: Lagos, and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Automation Engineer is responsible for the design, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of electrical and automation systems within the factory.
  • The role ensures optimal performance of production equipment, utilities, control systems, and instrumentation to support safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop control systems and instrumentation for manufacturing processes, including PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming.
  • Maintain and optimize electrical and automatic control system for processing units, packaging lines, and HVAC for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Monitor system performance and perform root-cause analysis on automated equipment failures to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
  • Implement and manage industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus) ensuring secure and reliable data flow between the shop floor and ERP systems
  • Maintain backups and version control of all automation software and configurations
  • Maintain documentation: drawings, schematics, panel layouts, control logic, and SOPs.
  • Lead automation upgrade projects by managing technical budgets, timelines, and vendor deliverables.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems and instrumentation technologies.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Electrical control, instrumentation and automation system within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Specific experience in a Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider and SCADA systems.
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatics, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and servo-motion control.

2.) Account Payables Officer

Job Title: Account Payables Officer

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for processing supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, maintaining vendor accounts, and supporting financial controls in line with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities 
Invoice Processing & Payments:

  • Verify and process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
  • Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) where applicable.
  • Prepare and process payment runs (bank transfers, cheques, electronic payments).
  • Ensure adherence to agreed payment terms and cash flow planning.

Vendor Management:

  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Respond to vendor queries and manage payment-related communications.

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Post AP transactions accurately in the ERP/accounting system.
  • Reconcile the AP sub-ledger with the general ledger.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare AP ageing reports and analysis.

Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, approval workflows, and delegation of authority.
  • Support internal, external, and statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax requirements such as withholding tax and VAT

Process Improvement & Support:

  • Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency.
  • Support automation and ERP enhancements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • A professional qualification (ICAN or ACCA equivalent) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily and preventive maintenance of infrastructure (plumbing, lighting, utilities, etc.)
  • Ensure optimal functioning of non-production systems – generators, compressors, water supply
  • Coordinate with security, janitorial, fumigation, and landscaping teams
  • Monitor cleanliness and functionality of restrooms, canteens, break rooms
  • Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, utilities, and contractor services
  • Enforce compliance with SOPs, HSE guidelines, NAFDAC, and NESREA regulations
  • Support audits by preparing facility-related reports and documentation

5.) Engineering Procurement Specialist

Job Title: Engineering Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

6.) Plant Accountant
