1.) Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety and optimal performance of production equipment within a manufacturing environment.
- The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment faults, and working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical and/or mechanical equipment in line with approved schedules and work orders.
- Diagnose equipment faults, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure all equipment within the assigned area operates safely and in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, prepare shift reports, and support delivery of area KPIs.
- Participate in shift handovers, technical meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and coach operators on basic equipment care and safe operating practices.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in related fields and be familiar with basic engineering concepts and tools.

2.) Payroll Advisor
Job Title: Payroll Advisor

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services.
- This role is critical in ensuring seamless payroll operations, attendance management, and employee query resolution while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Payroll Manager in day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all employee salaries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries, collaborating with HR and Finance to resolve issues promptly.
- Manage payroll data validation and preparation using Microsoft Dynamics and ensure the timely distribution of electronic payslips via Paymaster.
- Oversee the monthly processing of NYSC and Industrial Training (IT) allowances.
- Maintain and reconcile employees attendance and leave records in the HR Systems, ensuring accurate integration into payroll.
- Monitor biometric attendance systems, generate reports, and ensure compliance with timekeeping policies to support accurate payroll computation.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Sciences or related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience (FMCG or multi-site environment preferred).
- Proficiency with HR/Payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
- CIPM or other HR professional certification is an added advantage.

3.) Raw and Packaging Material (RM/PM) Warehouse Manager
Job Title: Raw and Packaging Material (RM/PM) Warehouse Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Raw & Packaging Materials (RM/PM) Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensure quality and safety compliance, drive inventory accuracy, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading all RM/PM warehousing activities (cold room, dry storage, chemical stores, scrap areas).
- Driving compliance and audit readiness (ISO, FSSC, NAFDAC).
- Ensuring stock accuracy, space optimization, and material flow efficiency.
- Partnering with Procurement and QA on supplier/vendor management.
- Leading process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Championing ERP/WMS for real-time visibility and reporting.
- Developing warehouse teams for high performance and succession planning.
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure 100% compliance with quality management systems and food safety standards.
- Drive full adherence to PPE usage and maintain a zero-accident work environment across all locations.
- Achieve zero critical non-conformances during internal and external audits.
- Maintain ≥ 99% inventory accuracy across ERP/WMS and physical stock counts.
- Eliminate raw and packaging material losses, including damages, expiries, and write-offs.
- Continuously optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow efficiency.
- Guarantee 100% on-time availability of raw and packaging materials to support uninterrupted production.
- Deliver minimum 5% year-on-year cost savings through haulage and warehouse efficiency initiatives.
- Build a high-performing RM/PM team through engagement, training, and succession readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and QHSE practices.
- Proven experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills, with the ability to drive operational optimization and data-led decisions.

4.) Deputy Budget & MIS Manager
Job Title: Deputy Budget & MIS Manager

Role Overview
- The role takes ownership of financial performance insights, driving pricing, cost control, trade investment effectiveness, and go-to-market decisions across products, channels, regions, and customers.
- While accountable for performance reporting, profitability analysis, and planning, the role reports to the Senior Budget & MIS Manager and acts as a trusted finance partner to Commercial and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver periodic management reports with clear insights on performance, variances, and trends.
- Drive profitability and cost-to-serve analysis across products, channels, regions, and customers.
- Assess pricing, promotions, and trade spend to understand impact on margins and volumes.
- Monitor selling, marketing, and operating expenses against budget.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of General Ledger postings.
- Track margin performance, flag risks, and partner with Commercial teams on corrective actions.
- Improve reporting, analysis, and forecasting through automation and process improvements.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
Education/Knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finanace/Economics or a business-related field
- Professional qualification, such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA or strong progress toward qualification required.
Working Experience:
- 3-4 years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the FMCG or consulting industry.

- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Support Operations manpower planning, budgeting, and recruitment execution to ensure optimal staffing levels and effective turnaround time (TAT).
- Onboarding, Engagement & EVP: Drive seamless onboarding, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and employer value proposition programs in line with COE frameworks to improve retention and productivity.
- Performance Management & Development: Support the execution of annual and mid-year performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and training needs analysis for Operations.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and leave management, ensuring timely and policy-compliant execution.
- Employee Relations & Industrial Harmony: Support effective consequence management, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and industrial relations to promote a harmonious and compliant work environment.
- HR Compliance, Welfare & Attendance: Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and external regulatory requirements, manage attendance and incentive documentation for payroll, oversee employee welfare initiatives, and coordinate mandatory medical screenings.
- HR Operations, Analytics & Stakeholder Support: Manage people communications, labor service providers, HR documentation, audits, and deliver HR analytics and insights to support informed decision-making within Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably supporting Operations or Manufacturing environments.
- Prior factory or plant HR experience is an added advantage.
- CIPM or other HR professional certification is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of employment and labour laws.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
