1.) Direct Sales Agent (DSA) and Loan Sales Agent (LSA) - x5
Locations: Kwara, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Oyo
Job Summary
- Sales Agents create customer awareness of company'sproducts and services. They are responsible for presenting company'sproducts and services to potential customers and closing sales.
Job Description
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
- Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies.
- Attending trade shows and other industry-related events.
- Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
- Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
- Demonstrating product features to customers.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
- Completing order forms and submitting them for processing.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
- Minimum of Lower credit/Second class lower
- Minimum of 5 credits in O'level (including Maths and English)
- Not more than 27yrs old
- Good communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition through sales of the company's products and services.
- Driving liability balances of accounts opened.
- Cross-selling of company products and services.
- Participate in market storms, community fairs, and cluster marketing events.
- Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
- Canvassing assigned territories to present company products to potential customers.
Requirements
- BSc / HND (Minimum of Lower credit or Second-Class Lower)
- 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage
- Not more than 28 years
- Must have completed NYSC or have an Exemption Letter
- Must have flair for sales
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good communication skills.

3.) Bank Teller (x6)
Locations: Ekiti, Kwara, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Oyo
Job Description
- Count their drawer cash at the start of a shift
- Take cash, checks, debit cards, and other payment forms from customers
- Answer account-related questions for customers
- Prepare specialized types of funds for customers, including savings bonds, traveler's checks, and money orders
- Exchange customers' money for foreign currency
- Place customer orders for checks and bank cards
- Electronically record every transaction during their shift
- Count their cash drawer at the end of their shift and reconcile to the beginning balance
- Safely and accurately handle customer funds by verifying identity and taking other actions to prevent errors or fraud.
Job Requirements
- NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc in any field
- 5 Credits in O'level (including English and Maths), maximum of two sittings
- NYSC certificate (HND and B.Sc applicants).
- Age: 27 years and below.
Net Salary
N80,000 / Month.

4.) Direct Sales Executive

Job Role
- End to end management of Customer Interactions within the Banking Hall. This involves up-selling and cross-selling of NIB products and channels;
- Ensuring that content of the correspondence, service levels and resolution of customers’ issues handled are in line with the Bank’s ethics, tone of voice policy as well as meets customer experience SLAs.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of OND / NCE in related course of study.

6.) Transport Planner

Job Summary
- As a Transport Planner, you will report to the Logistics Site Operations Leader and will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of transportation associated with product distribution.
Responsibilities
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, and customer issues.
- Participate in vendor management processes, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation.
- Actively manage vendor performance reporting adequately
- Communicate duly on truck visibility reporting with stakeholders
- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit and delivery.
- Ensure achievement of cost reduction, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of transportation metrics.
- Negotiate transportation rates and services with the aid of the indirect purchasing team.
- Plan and implement improvements to internal and external logistics systems or processes to drive out unnecessary costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as sales, purchasing, and distribution.
- Analyze the financial impact of proposed logistics changes such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes, or carriers.
- Analyze logistics to determine the most cost-effective means of transporting products.
- Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers using appropriate software to improve efficiency, speed, and quality of transportation services.
- Raising purchase orders and generating monthly transportation reports.
- Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Develops and improves transport planning processes and procedures.
Requirements
- BSc / HND with a minimum of Lower Credit
- Must have at least 2 years of core experience in Logistics and planning
- Not more than 35 years
- Supply chain experience is an added advantage
- Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical Skills
- Preferable female for gender balance.
Salary
N115,000 net plus HMO, Pension, 13month and Leave Allowance.
