1.) Public Relations Communications Officer

About the Job
- This role involves working with team members to ensure the execution of internal and external communications both on digital and traditional platforms.
- It also involves the management of all company digital assets (Website, intranet & social media handles).
- Assist with the execution of thematic and tactical internal and external campaigns to drive brand awareness for Company`s and retail products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the content and functionality of the company's public website, internal employee intranet and partner portals.
- Day-to-day administration of sites including registration and access for company's partner portals (CASOMS, ROMSlite, Extranet, etc.) and marketing resource center as well as updates to the employee intranet site.
- Oversees the day-to-day production of web design projects and program activities including new product integration, station locator, landing page development, rich media integration, and assures message is successful.
- Work effectively with Sales & Marketing teams to develop and update content and messaging on all sites to ensure consistency across all platforms

- Product marketing and communications support. Work with graphic artists to create high quality visuals for internal and external communications activities.

- Test and troubleshoot all site functions. Acts as web architecture expert driving discussions on support, scalability and maintenance of servers
- Spearheads all web-based projects including website enhancement, web-based applications and database backed websites
- Examine and analyze all site traffic via Google Analytics and other relevant metrics.
- Manage security compliance for applications, environments and data.
- Maintain brand integrity across all aspects of internal and external projects.

Competences Required (Knowledge, Skills and Attributes)
- A good First Degree in IT, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or any other field
- Certification or 2 years + experience in developing and managing website features/ functionality and web experience
- Advanced Diploma or degree in software programming, web design and development, Digital Media Marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, tag management, developer tools, keyword planner
- Proficiency with ITIL framework
- Thorough working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Bootstrap, JavaScript, iQuery, and JavaScript libraries
- Thorough working knowledge of third party CMS application (WordPress)
- Thorough working knowledge of Google search ranking and optimization factors, standards and best practices and key algorithm updates preferably
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Marketing Automation and CRM platform experience.
- Known and anonymous web tracking experience, and web/ content personalization experience

2.) Tax & Treasury Manager

About the Job
- This role will provide support from the treasury operations area in all our client`s business lines and support Corporate Income Tax Department in its preparation of Federal, State and local income tax returns, Federal and State examinations, and its income tax accounting for quarterly and year financial statement reporting. In addition, the position works closely with Treasury to ensure payments are timely made and cleared.
Key Responsibilities
- Determining financing needs and raising funds in the most efficient way.
- Management of debt capital markets transactions
- Coordination of financing operations for projects.
- Managing treasury, liquidity and cash flow forecasting.

- As a general manner, to provide assistance to the Project Management for all matters related to general administration, secretarial and related logistics matters on Company`s Project.

4.) Lead Civil Engineer

- To Lead the Civil aspect of preparatory works, and proactively ensure no gaps

- Calculate volume of (concrete, shutter and other materials) for casting of structural members.
- Supervise surface preparation and block work setting out, laying and installation on site using pre-established control axes on ground.

- Supervise construction of Foundation and concrete Pipe Sleepers pedestal.
- Approve Request for Inspection (RFI) on every milestone of construction.
